What do you like best about the product?
its machine-learning rules are very awesome, it helps me set up great rules

some rules lacks clarity and need to be worked on

it creates easy way of identifying fraud-related transactions and helps you protect the system

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with witch a custom rule is created and monitoring all existing rules is something I truly appreciate in daily operations; the multitude of data points allowes for an incredibly high number of rules to be created.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the default rules built around email address or phone number are not 100% accurate and a refresh is required, which might be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly identifying fraud patterns and putting in place custom fraud rules.
Great with a lot of support
What do you like best about the product?
All the different data points that are checked and you can use to link persons/transaction to each other. On top of that, they are always there to help out , even for small request as how to make a rule or make little changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be that creating rules can be really easy but can become very complex the more and more specific you go, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This goes from Fraud detection to compliance, from solving how to link fraudulent client and spot them before they can act or to compliance like anti money laundering and PEP/sanctions screening.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is very good tool to perform fraud prevention and edit engine rules or user accounts. It almost gives everything you need ranged from banning, looking for information about users to make automatic rules which prevents fraud trends. I am a new worker but I heard that SEON was long awaited and very easy to intergrate with our systems and right now we cannot imagine using other tool in fraud prevention. We use it almost all the time because most of our tasks needs it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with SEON is that sometimes it is a bit slow, especially when you open many cards at the same time. While you do this you have to wait few minutes before you can continue to use this platform normally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is in title, SEON is a tool where you can do everything in case of fraud detectionn or protection. Our company uses it for banning users, looking for and banning fraud trends, editing users limits or any other data, analyzing data of user account (SEON provides literally everything possible). Thanks to all of it's components we as a company are able to perform all tasks we need in Fraud Detection and E-commerce Fraud Protection.

What do you like best about the product?
With a high volume of transactions and limited personnel for oversight, SEON greatly assists us in monitoring transactions, identifying and rejecting suspicious activities, including those involving third-party cards or lost/stolen cards. Its functionality substantially reduces our exposure to potential chargebacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we rely on it for AML monitoring, encompassing Crime hits, PEP hits, and Watch hits, we've noticed a higher occurrence of false positives. This necessitates extensive review efforts for each flagged instance, leading to significant time consumption. This inefficiency in managing false positives poses a notable challenge for our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it aids in transaction monitoring by swiftly identifying and declining suspicious transactions, thus enhancing our fraud prevention measures.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about it. I like how it can provide key indicators of different players in helping support concerns for Fraud/Abusers. We recently implemented identifying adverse media for players which is working great
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like where it can link players where there are no links at times mainly with Device hash and Browser hash. I think a lot of devices may have this hash, however, it's not relevant at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping identify those players at point of registration and provide an excellent insight into the type of player they may be as well as identifying links to players who are potentially the same person prior to accepting the players registration. We have also recently integrated monitoring for adverse media which is working great
Fast and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
You can create a lot of rules to monitor players and detailed information is shown.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have to approve many alerts instead of clicking change right away, it asks for another approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides good information about the user and you can easily catch patterns whenever the same rule is triggered multiple times.
Seon has empowered our fraud prevention with data enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive, so even if you’re new to it, getting started doesn’t feel overwhelming. It does a solid job detecting fraud in real time, which lets us respond quickly when something looks off. I also find the real-time monitoring super helpful—it gives us a chance to catch and fix problems early. The manual lookup tool is another great feature; being able to check and flag specific emails, IPs, or phone numbers gives us a lot more control. And on the team side, managing access and permissions is seamless, which makes working together much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a couple features that by the maturity of the product we haven't start using, but is more like an internal blocker.
Even that we have been in contact with their team and their help has been great we could be looking to do this for Q3 this year.
As a tool that we use daily I can say that there is a lot of improvement coming continuosly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON has been a game changer for us when it comes to identifying and stopping fraud. It gives us accurate, real-time insights and is easy to navigate, which saves time and lets us react quickly. The ability to customize the system and collaborate as a team has made a noticeable difference. Since we handle a large volume of users, having deeper insights into device data and user behavior has been crucial in telling apart genuine users from fraudsters. It’s helped us safeguard both our operations and our reputation.
I am working with SEON for the last 3 years as a matter of prevention and detection of fraud.
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly BO; interesting and helpful features; great analytic results; great support; great rules engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such things. Maybe some features can work differently, but nothing more.

I don't think SEON have problems at all.

Super powerful fraud-combating engine with very responsive account managers who take all the good ideas and suggestions into considerations! Great devs too
