A platform that simply works
What do you like best about the product?
Well, the things that really like of seon is the speed of response, and the simplicity of integration, practically in minutes you have the power of a iterative and incremental anti fraud solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the dashboard could be better in terms of responsiveness and better user experience. We need a better analytical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better and more accurate KYC.

A complete set of fraud fighting tools that grow with you
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are really great and fast for a real time experience, the constant update and contact with customer service is great!, fighting fraud is a matter of two sides that's why we consider SEON not as a supplier but as a partner and they act like so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is really simple, perhaps a little bit of insights or the ability to customize reports and data would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've reduced fraud and deal hunters by using one simple implementation of an API, integrating that into our processes took us only a couple of days, then we started fine tuning the tool until we reached the desired threshold. The next implementation was an API for checking Mobile Phone numbers Validity, it was also really simple and it helped us to "remove" the remaining deal hunters from our records.

Daily monitoring of account activity.
Awesome Result on saving Bank accounts from hacker.

I love their Extensions and Email module. An awesome system for spam detections.

First time it felt to me that the extension is hard to manage. But after SEON’s support I can manage myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a few months many of our customers and account holders received mails with Phishing links. The hacker asked them to click on the link somehow. When our account holder clicks on that link. They found our banking page and field for filing Banking account secret login access. We have been trying to protect the Phishing attacks for a few months but we failed. Now after using SEON’s tools we are able to filter all the phishing mail and delete them.

The fact that it's so easy to adjust it to my own needs. Software definitely improves the fraud catch rate.

Sometimes the findings might not be as accurate as I'd like it to be

We are focusing on users that abuse promotion offers in various ways. Seon features shown detailed patterns used by fraudulent users which mitigated potential losses.

You will notice much more unwanted connections but in the end, it is not the downside of the platform

Searching for fraud or links between accounts in the system we operate on. This helps to cut down the time needed to compare the details. The information is gathered in a clear view so you can see all connections in one place.

If you want to cut down the time of looking for fraud this is the platform to use
SEON cuts our manual work in half and cuts down chargeback rates.
What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, great UI, and super-efficient system. Our team instantly fell in love with the dashboard and ease of use when we tried different solutions. Then the results in chargeback cuts spoke for themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, the support team is quite reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is a digital wallet with some of the lowest rates for customers. But chargeback costs were seriously damaging our profits until we started using SEON. So the first step was to block suspicious users, which we used to do via manual reviews. That used to take up to 10 minutes, now it’s closer to 1 minute. Already that decreased chargeback rates, and then we ran the system for individual transactions, and the bad payments were cut down almost to 0%.

Browsing and comparing user data for a big company centered around entertainment , the ease of comparing data for hundreds of users is only beyond a click away for me its crazy
