A reliable solution in the fight against account handover
What do you like best about the product?
Seon offers a lot of insight when is well integrated into your app. With all the parameters offered by SEON, account monitor activity is very easy, having live actions but also the possibility to analyze and discover new patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like SEON, i wish to have a better approach for Customer Support, because is not possible to involve from the beginning the entire team when rise a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SEON for accounts security monitoring and using it is more easy to have a clean customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about SEON is how quickly and accurately it spots suspicious activity. The system is easy to use, and we can adjust the rules ourselves, so it fits our needs. Thanks to SEON, we catch more fraud without spending so much time on manual checks. We use SEON for customer risk assessment during initial KYC. The support team is also really helpful whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes SEON feels a bit complicated at first, and it takes a while to figure everything out. I also wish some options were easier to adjust without needing technical knowledge. Occasionally, the system flags something by mistake, so we have to double-check. But overall, it still helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps us catch fake users and dodgy activity before it becomes a problem. It saves us time and hassle because we don’t have to check everything by hand, and we feel more confident that our customers are safe.

Identifying fraudsters, prevention of fraudulent customers, detection of fraudulent behaviors.  Restriction of a number of countries where most fraud cases occur.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Seon is the ability to step in promptly and immediately in creating custom fraud prevention rules. Based on the submitted data, it is possible to create personalized rules, test them, and deploy them into production. The rule creation process is also very intuitive, and if any difficulties arise, seon customer success team is very quick to provide support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way of communication : some changes made over time were not communicated, according to me, in a sufficiently clear way. Some implementations, such as the one made to the fraud risk score calculation method for telephone number, have proven to be limiting for our fraud prevention measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon is helping my team work more proactively, searching for new solutions and developing new fraud prevention rules. The team is able to test rules, propose new ones, and thus be more actively involved in prevention efforts.

There are not really any downsides in my view , all features are very useful

Seon is saving us time in filtering duplicate accounts on our system , where you can only have one active account at a time

Upsides: Flexibility in Scoring Engine in creating complex rules based on complex patterns
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike/ just a little bit difficult to work with created tickets at team level (the ticket and the result can be seen only by the creator) It will be better if we have a ticket category in the SEON Console that can be seen by all team from my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers the possibility to create actions on Device security and user online data, offers real time decision, and it helps us to detect suspicious patterns in the onboarding process and account credential changes.
                        
                            Streamlining Safety: Automating Protection and Blocking High-Risk Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to automate 80% of our syndicated marketing approvals, leaving only 20% for manual review. We recently saw a huge overnight surge of fraudulent signups from a coordinated fraud group. SEON blocked the vast majority of the bad actors as automatically and the ones who did sneak through, we were quickly able to block by using various tools to draw commonalities with the rest of the accounts involved in this event. We intend to move all of our other risk products into SEON in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about SEON at this point. It saves us a lot of money and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON automates our risk management and allows us to analyze digital footprints during account registration and marketing requests. Quite a bit of our fraud comes from the third world and the ability to flag different characteristics that captures remote sessions, open ports, and various other obfuscation techniques, enables us to combat these bad actors. SEON IDV is a very exciting development for our team as we will be able to have all our risk signals in one place. We believe it outpaces the previous IDV solution we were using at scale.
