What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using SEON daily as part of my role in Trust & Safety and Onboarding Risk Management, mainly to prevent fraud, verify identities, and flag suspicious activities across different regions and user types. It’s a core part of my workflow and plays a key role in both manual investigations and automated decisions.
Overall, it’s a reliable, versatile tool that delivers daily value and helps streamline fraud detection efforts across different touchpoints.

It automatically cancels high-risk orders before they reach fulfillment, significantly reducing the chance of loss. Daily fraud monitoring - With setting up rules you stop fraud already during the registration process. However, even existing accounts are checked while the customer is logging in and you can identify connections between accounts you never checked before.

Some of the documentation could be clearer, especially when customizing advanced rules. There’s a learning curve to fully leveraging the platform's capabilities.

SEON helps us tackle account takeovers, fake user signups, and payment fraud by providing real-time insights based on digital footprint analysis. By detecting suspicious behaviour early- such as disposable emails, mismatched IP geolocation, or device spoofing- we're able to block high-risk users before they cause damage. This has significantly reduced chargebacks and fraud losses while improving trust and security for our genuine customers.
SEON - The most helpful tool to fight online fraud
What do you like best about the product?
SEON is very easy and convenient to use. You can find a lot of information about your user, like IP and device information, social media presence, and more. It allows you to easily establish connections and relations between groups of users, allowing you to spot fraudulent activity en masse, and the easy to set-up rules allow you to use common denominators to prevent future occurrences of fraud. It is also very easy to export a list of users based on different parameters, and check if the user is on a sanctions/crime list.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if SEON could give direct links to the social media accounts found that belong to the user, instead of having you manually try to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows easily to prevent transactions from users that are using parameters deemed as fraudulent.

The user friendly environment. Very straightforward and easy to use. I also like how our success manager continues to be communicative with out team whether for something small or big and how patient he is with our knowledge development especially with regards to the rules and machine learning rules.

The best part is we can view multiple phone numbers and emails at the same time, and compare them in a single tab and it is easy for us

I don't have any dislikes it does exactly what I need it for, and it has good integration

It helps us determine the owner of phone number and email if the details are available, this also makes us understand the actiivty of the email and how recent it was used, which helps us in determining the legetimacy of the contact.
