The most complete anti-fraud tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I personally enjoy about SEON is the easiness of use when it comes to finding potential fraudsters. Working for a casino, you can imagine how many people are trying to breach the terms and conditions, create additional accounts or use VPNs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment of writing this review, I haven't encountered anything to write about that bothered me. I just wish there was one button that will automatically go through all of the criteria of verification and let you know if he spotted something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping us determine which users can be trusted and which users are engaging in fraudulent behavior. It allows us to see more about our users, verify their whereabouts and ensure that we only accept those who are here to enjoy themselves and not abuse our website.
Very Helpful tool to prevent frauds, fully customizable and with great customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize the rules and create new ones. The tool gets frequent updates so it is always working at its best. Customer care is efficient and helpful. would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs may happen, but customer support is quick and helpful in solving them. Sometimes the ip details might no be 100% precise but it still helps you get an idea of the customer location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is helping prevent frauds from customers applying to our product. With it we prevent fraudsters from obtaining our product and we manage to have a "safer" customer base.

The machine learning algorithm has made it possible to identify common fraud patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes diifficult to make some custom rules in the interface. However, consulting with the customer support staff usually solves any issues.

SEON has allowed me to automate my order fulfillment process so that I don't have to vet each order individually to check for fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the support SEON provide, they reply within minutes. It is very easy to set up call with SEON team. Documentation is very clear and provided with examples
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found not all fields in API documentation are mentioned as optional or required. Also we've faced issued when loading custom fields in backoffice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't see any big issue inside SEON, they are a very responsible and fast-growing business, I wish them all the best. SEON is world-class fraud solution. Thank you Guys!

It works perfectly, it shows all the necessary data when find something on the internet.

If it shows the name, that is the most helpful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I work with it within 12h , it will not ask for re-entry, but the connection will be lost during the day and I will have to re-enter. It would be better, for example, to ask for a password again everyday or without 4 h of inactivity. And will not be disconnected during the day.

If the fresh email doesn't always show, or just leave it blank, but this also happens with and old email adress.
