Very easy to maneuver and super use friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Great app, use it multiple times a day. Its super easy to create different fraud rules to detect fraud patterns for the company. Everything you need to know is literally in one space. you're able to check connections in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH the app is great, theres nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally a time saver on detecting various fraud patterns.

Pretty accurate, but for sure there are some rules that could be changed in order to help us more.

Very intuitive and easy to use plus has a lot of information about the players and how bonus abusers operate.

Device hash I think it's not accurate and useful.

It is easy to use and there is very little guess work. Super user friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it displays what the issues are without vast searching. I also love the latest updates that makes things much easier and it's very sleek.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it times out it does not advises you. I dislike when I'm unable to load the list status and have to access the list tab just to update accounts.

It solves the issue of fraud and it helps because we use this system at work to pick up on red flags. It helps identify issues with accounts easily.

SEON Fraud Fighters is a complete and smooth-designed fraud tool that helps companies fight fraud using a set of rules that best suits the different businesses threats. In addition, their amazing support and developers team will are always available to assist with any special requirements or review any rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single downside to using the SEON fraud tool from my experience, which we could collect past data on new customers but hey! who is perfect?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON has not only helped us to identify fraudsters but has also helped us to differentiate between 'friendly fraud' and real fraud. SEON is an advantage when it comes to catching bonus abusers and fraud rings as we are able to create rules and filters based on known patterns or following the modus operandi or previous customers.
