Emerging Process Mining Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Process mining from IBM is the seamless integration of the platform with other IBM services. We built use cases integrating data refinery and watson capability from IBM
What do you dislike about the product?
Process mining capabilities need improvement for discovery phase as with increased complexity of workflow it is hard to map all the possible ways to build optimized process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process optimization opportunities we were able to secure using IBM Process Mining. Also it helps to find the loopholes in existing process we didn't considered or were hindered.

What do you like best about the product?
The IBM process mining is a powerful technology that provides a lot of hidden insights and information which helps the senior leadership in decision making and strategy development. The process mining provides guides the business in which direction they should focus and quantifies the value addition or cost leakages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration capability can be improved for all databases though at times the limitation is not from IBM end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the root causes in procurement and database migration. Quantifying the value addition with the What-if scenario analysis, strategy development and related tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool because it's great for process mining and it's flexible when used, I like that it allows me to identify blockers and bugs in processes and thus makes it easier to identify automation potentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view, it is a good tool and at the moment I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to simplify the task of analyzing processes by automating a specific process, we can analyze a set of data and tables and extract it in a simple way and thus capture it with a single click and reinforce the workforce.

IBM Process Mining adapts to any scenario, I recommend it.

IBM Process Mining creates what-if analyses that make it easy to determine changes in business processes, so I like being able to maintain continuous data flow mode and reveal trends and patterns in event log data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvements, for example, a better onboarding guide and a bit of a UI improvement.

IBM Process Mining is used for multiple reasons, monitoring, improving processes, discovering flaws in our system, and it all works fine.

It is adequate to be able to identify problems and optimize processes, I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM is the only one that has a variety of excellent software and is worth discovering, I liked having a detailed view of the processes and monitoring various maps and thus improving the performance of the processes is a great achievement, it is an effective tool that knows how to take advantage of withing our company.

We have never had any problems with the software offered by IBM, so far so good.

Great software that has been useful to manage performance and obtain a clear and precise vision of the processes and thus obtain a total balance.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features we really like in IBM Process Mining is the data visualization algorithm and the way it generates all processes from our different departments in one place to simplify it for us to collect all the data we need is such a genius function, We also like the IBM's advanced Machine Learning engine they developed in Process Mining, It's capable to give us the predictions to find out if there will be any delay in that case or no and the reason why this could happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation really needs to be more clearer and detailed for the first-timers to help them get started without surfing the Internet for help, My team needed a lot of private-sessions to just get started/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IBM Process Mining to make sure that our business operation processes are completely effective, Making it easy for us to detect data threats and performance issues with the insights we gain to easily get them fixed quickly and prevent them from happening again in the future, It's powering up our operation with incredible functions that led us to unexpected excellent successful outcomes.
Smartest Process Mining Tool for all departments
What do you like best about the product?
We are deeply in love with the power of IBM Process Mining machine learning-based engine and how it's able to provide us with predictions to know if that case is likely to be delayed or no and the main reasons why, We were able to act in the most difficult circumstances through the great amount of the detailed information we gained from the interactions between relevant data and process activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of us were too bad at the beginning because of the high level of complexity and the lack of onboarding guidance or the documentation at all, It needs more attention from the great support team of IBM, They were always there and I appreciate their help but better documentation means less support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had so many troubles in extracting detailed insights from our different pathways until we found this tool, We were surprised with the amount of valuable information we were able to extract from our data and the fast growth we achieved after using IBM Process Mining, We were able to create and visualize an end-to-end process that includes all of the process activities along with all of our process pathways and that's how we succeed to improve our processes through the insights we gained from analyzing the processes we discovered.
Robust Process Monitoring and Data Analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we are able now to professionally monitor our data and analyze everything quickly with full control over all our businesses process models and most of the marketing processes too, We became able to track all processes inside and outside the company with truly deep control over the flow of our processes and deeper insights of our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to Big Data Management it's complex for new users and they need a better guidance than the documentation, They always turn to the techinical support team or to the community experts and thankfully IBM has a good community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using IBM Process Mining we had no method to get benefits from our business data the right way, Now we became able to monitor our business operation and get insightful analysis to enhance and improve our business performance.
