VERY INTUITIVE TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating code and easily modularizing scripts
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the cost, compared to others in the market, is quite high, but the benefits are also high.

Automation of repetitive processes
A must have tool as a PMO!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to get started with Process Mining. Integration went smoothly. I still remember the transitional period and how I was apprehensive initially. However, getting started so was easy and I especially love the fluid UI. Unlike most of enterprise solutions, Process Mining was really easy to get started. All the essential information like my charts were very easy to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much expect that it was a little harder for us to justify the cost of procuring the solution. That's the only downside we would love to be addressed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data being generated through multiple systems. The volume of data is so huge that it's not possible to get insights about customer behaviours and spending patterns conveniently. This is where IBM Process Mining comes into play. We have integrated it with our custom CRM solution and it made getting the overall sumarized view quite effortless.
Positive result with IMB Process Mining
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in IMB process mining is the real time process for bussiness insight so it's really easy of implemetation. Because of that it will lead significant cost savings. IMB Process Mining can help my customer to reduce wait times. I also like automatically process from this software. The customer support also very helpfull to maintain connection between us as a user. Really easy integration also big help for this application
What do you dislike about the product?
for the first downside of this application for sure is cost/fee. So many small businesses cannot afford of this additional fee. And also for the not-experienced user to use this application is very complicated. Because of that we need to invest some money to invite a well organized people to use this application and give training about this application.

What do you like best about the product?
Business process self-analysis, Visualization of procedures, It has an excellent user-friendly interface which facilitates and saves time, is fully automated and provides efficient information and easy development.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complaints, as it is meeting the needs and results of the company and has greatly facilitated automation with transparency for the areas involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After analyzing processes, it helped us identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, increased compliance, and improvement in the customer journey.

Sometimes the processes are not automated in the best way, meaning the person responsible for using the tool should contribute and also conduct this analysis to avoid problems.

IBM Process Mining helps in the identification of processes, making it possible to improve documentation, enhance business efficiency, and identify potential automations. This increases business efficiency and may also reduce costs.

There are also more chances to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and deviations, allowing measures to be taken to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation and initial configuration may require a considerable investment of time and resources. It is also important to have qualified people to make the most of the data gathered by the tool. Another point to keep in mind is data privacy, since the tool may handle sensitive data in the process of process mining.
