Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using Teamcenter is the search function that has been configured for my organization. It makes searching for items in the BOM a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the configuration process for an enterprise. When working with the DOD, it would be nice for a single sign on with a CAC which is not available at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with teamcenter is configuring contract data management and requirements management. This is for Air Force Enterprise. RIght now, this is for two customers going air force wide.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and the layout of the TeamCenter are innovative and generally easy to navigate. The customizability by user and company are great. The ability to move and customize the look of it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customizations can be a little less user friendly in terms of navigation. Some of the functions are separated where they might make more sense combined based on the user and actions being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems are the multi log in functionality and the ease of customization by the end user for their unique space. This makes it more functional based on how they manage their actions.
Teamcenter great for creating everthing needed to complete a design.
What do you like best about the product?
It accepts all types of specs needed to complete a part for vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now understand some of the errors in release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of changes, moving back a few saves. The ease of revising and save as.
An innovative and user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of this product is very nice. Very functional and practical in terms of data storage and communication between different applications. In my opinion the best PLM system in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I think it is the best tool in the industry. Way better than Windchill and much for user friendly. If i had to have a complaint it would be that more of my team doesn't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross application data storage for MCAD/ECAD. This product has made this possible where others could not support the process. The ease of use has also increased productivity.
Workflow User in Teamcenter
What do you like best about the product?
Digital signoffs. Ease of workflow and ability to customize for various use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes actions to integrated systems can take a bit to execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing PLM system across business units. Maintaining and updating one system is easier than multiple.

I like the exchagne of data and lots of applications under a general unified app.

The server and client exchange constantly has to be maintained. The use of a full time admin is costly

What do you dislike about the product?
Complex Configurations and Installation Procedure - which is now being mitigated by Siemens maintaining the infrastructure and Administering in the Cloud.
Latest Technologies getting introduced - need to be updated with the latest offerings

If Customized, lot of work involved when upgrading the software to the latest version

High Security and Organizing different revisions of the data in a very efficient way.
Productivity is increased because different users in the organization can lock the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Work traceability is very good .work like easy. Ecr and ecn management very smooth

Some time stuck and also irretate and also take time.
