Great PLM Solution

Very Simple usage and ease of deployment

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to learn. I started a job using Teamcenter with no experience and was able to pick everything up including our companies customizations in just a couple months.
I also like how valuable knowing it seems to be. I have no desire to switch jobs or places, but knowing that I will be able to use what I've learned and do what I'm doing elsewhere need be is the icing on top.

What do you dislike about the product?
It gets more intuitive over time, but can always be better. Glad they're all in on Actove Workspqce because the RAC client is a mess by comparison and does not reflect the standards of today's digital world. Whereas active workspace is the peak of that standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our company to manage terabytes worth of data through storing it all in one place, and being accessible and workable in that single space. It digitally connects the company at every role and level.

Its ease of configuring, ease of use, the nice user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all of the UX is customizable without a lot of modifications.

Teamcenter is solving closed loop quality which helps speed up the Denning Cycle

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect about tea center is that it allows me connect and collaborate with my teammates efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about team center is that it does not contain as many options to customize my end product as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wealth of information available for using Teamcenter. It is easy to find help for any issues that arise. Siemens is also fantastic about offering support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my least liked feature of Teamcenter is the Rich Client's reliance on following a similar visual style to Windows Explorer. I find this confuses new users into thinking that it behaves like a file explorer and not the database it actually is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamcenter is our end-to-end lifecycle management for our designs. From inception to obsolescence, every stage is managed inside Teamcenter. It is easy to follow that cycle as well as manage the workflows as the product makes it way through the cycle.

This may not be a critique of teamcenter itself but perhaps a critique of our data structure. It can sometimes be difficult to find specific objects in teamcenter

Teamcenter is making integrations easier across our division and bringing our division closer to the next stage of connectivity.

licensing in very complex and difficult to understand

TC is robust and powerfull and can be scalled up to meet the needs

BUgs, not fully vented before delivery to customer. Would like to have everything working before you deliver this to the customer.
