Salesforce is best for CRM tool for business streamline, customer interactions and also in other departments of company data analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
salesforce is higher cost, should be make attention in costing.

analytics dashboard provides valuable data for customer trends, service performances and other areas where we can improve.

The best feature is AI driven recommendations with Einstein, which helps agents work faster by suggesting the next best actions and automating responses to cases.

From my experience, the pricing for Service Cloud can feel a bit high, especially when you add on the costs for the AI tools and extra features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Service Cloud has really helped us by reducing response times and automating repetitive tasks. This allows our agents to focus more on providing high quality customer support with 24/7 availability.
