Web based solutions at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can use the platform on the go. Mobile and web based programs make my job much easier. I do not have to be at my desk to service my customers and clients. In depth reports and searches make it easier for my to accomplish my tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be sluggish as it is web based. I am dependent on the network i am on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster customer service. Problem solving with the platform makes our delivery faster.

Definitely recommend for ease of use

I love that you can put so much information in one place, makes it easy to view customers profiles!
What do you dislike about the product?
How many different steps you have to take to create an issue/assign it to the correct department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer issues, anything from customers being down to new numbers needed. Its beneficial that we now have an email space where you can see all the cases associated with once customer.

at this time, there isn't anything that I dislike about Salesforce

We keep customer contact info within Salesforce, log calls and emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it digitizes a lot of day-to-day employee/employer functions. Particularly, the PTO/LWOP request forms and calendars. It allows staff who work at different sites to see when all their coworkers have planned and approved vacation time so that no site is short staffed or has conflicting approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email blasts and creating groups to send mass emails too requires a significant amount of tech guidance - not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesForce Service Cloud is allowing us to transition out of paper-only documentation and into digital filing. We can now process entire new-hire packets and HR benefits online, allowing our entire HR/PR team to have complete, legible access to employee files. Saves us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish rapport with one or two support staff so that when you have quick questions, you have a name/extension you can reach right away.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to run Salesforce in conjunction with our telephone system
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the platform was clumsy and not what we expected. We were honestly glad to be rid of it although in all fairness we did not use Salesforce to it's fullest potential as in our case there was no need.

We weren't solving anything hence why we no longer use

Pretty quick to load with lots of information in one place

The look of it, hate how it looks, case creation seems to be glitch at times

Salesforce has endless options and great visibility for all departments.

Salesforce was easy to use and I was able to toggle between different pages without having multiple tabs or windows open.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within salesforce I found reporting to be challenging and not as robust at first as other tools I have use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on production and documenting clients calls. Being able to pull up and report on issues and agents productivity is useful.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite component of Sales Force is how customizable it is. I use it as part of a project manager office, and it is the one place we go for all of our needs. We have been able to build out a project board to track budgets, contacts, next steps, timelines, and project notes. Throughout our process of implementing sales force, we've been able to create this board with the features and information we want, without being limited by software templates. Further, we are able to use it as a hub for our client information and complete all of our billing throug the software/
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take time to develop the software for needs of a company. We have put a great deal of time and money into using this program for our company, so it is not the best option for companies unable to devote to this.

We are truly solving issues of efficiency with Service Cloud. We used to have too many websites or programs to complete all of our business tasks. However, we now have one main hub for our information, which allows us to focus our time on pressing client needs/
