What do you like best about the product?
Service cloud's ease of use is great! I was able to teach my team the "works" within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not as efficient as I'd like, it'd be much better if it aligned with our revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reach my customers much sooner than before

Don't look elsewhere, Salesforce has everything you need!

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I think would be the mobile devices feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very high development cost, and very little experienced developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has provided the ability to implement several departs into one centralized system. This has allowed my business to serve customers better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good application in terms of CRM,however very costly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows businesses to create a unique platform on a very robust platform to maintain uniqueness within a broad and stable system! The self-learning capability of Trailhead makes it virtually dummy-proof!
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost advancing TOO fast. It can be hard to keep up with all the goodies if your company isn't as rapid paced as Salesforce

The ability to own our data model and system of record while advancing as fast as the business needs
