No more paper logs and now have the ability to view sales activity more real
Time.

Updates are difficult and shared accounts are challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Got rid of paper logs and reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your data base is scrubbed.

What do you like best about the product?
There is an attempt to keep case data all in one place with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be too many different ways to get the same information. This causes a education gap at my company because people are finding information in too many different ways and there's no one straight forward way to look at salesforce data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place, but too many avenues to find information

The simplicity of the software. It's easy to locate customers information.

When it crashes. There are moments when the site is down.

Being able to update customers cases and have the customer remain in communication with myself.

Sales Forces provide a good platform for manage my work as site selection specialist, with great space for data base and an interface easy to use.
Reports are easy to be created and always available for further reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
no possibility to recall any email sent by error.
"mass email" option could be improved.

reach many clients and big data base available

Length of time to close out program takes so long. I wonder why I even have to close and not just leave running

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of pulling up accounts with just account number.
Chatter functionality is very helpful in reaching a large group with a quick hit
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you hide a tab or section (like your feed), it doesn't stay hidden. You have to red-do it every time you go back to that section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per the reps I support, they can house all info about an account in one place.
