Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and customizable for most case or client management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really meant to be more for client management than an ITSM tool, hence the name salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client Relationship Management for Sales as well as case logging/incident tracking for Technical Support

What do you like best about the product?
Great for employees & startup companies that don't want to track customers but how the company is growing. Track employees and who brought them into the company. Who is helping the company and in what ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is a bit outdated. It's not that easy to pick up how to configure the software w/o hiring someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of employee tracking(onboard/offboard)

You don't have to use it for sales. You have options!

I like that the interface is very simple, it's very easy to find what you're looking for and take down customer information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, so sometimes it won't click where you clicked or you'll have to refresh a few times for changes to take place.

This is a fantastic client for accessing data and responding to customer requirements remotely.

It is difficult to configure. There is a lot of support, but the implementation is time consuming.

The UI is outdated and needs a refresh to make navigation and viewing screens easier.

Having our chat interface connected to Salesforce allows us to keep a log of every interaction and resolution so the whole team knows what is going on with a client or account.

I love that sales force is super simple to use, compatible with most everything, and the cloud storage is fantastic!

The customization is expensive and getting technical support can be really hard.

It allows us to connect with employees and coworkwers all over the world. It’s easier to share everything without having to go through so many hoops. Office productivity has increased!

I’ve been doing Salesforce customizations for less than 6 months. It’s very easy to use and very easy to pickup
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot you can do with it that you might not be aware of so it can be a bit overwhelming and they’re constantly coming out with new features
