Awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and customizablity of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can name at the moment. Everything I've used works well..

I am using the service cloud to trouble shooting the product of customer thru easy way withexpetise.
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best and higly reated customer service software solution. Whether by web, email or phone, this software enables agents and customers to quick connect and solve customer problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited options when it comes to pre-built data fields. Can't update data labels in order to make it fit our scenario. Report/Dashboard preview data during editing is not reflecting real data until you have to save and run it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite thing about Service Cloud was the auto-assignment rules. It saved us a great deal of time and headaches to know that all tasks were routed to the most available person without management intervention. I appreciated the ability to create and tweak auto-assignment and queue rules. This allowed us to route tasks to the correct team members.

It's one of the best software to solving the customer problems and meet to the right agents.
Salesforce better sales and integration with social networks
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service Cloud is the CRM that best adapts to our company, makes the contracting process much easier and at the same time generating records and reports on the process. It has an automated system that makes the sales system much faster, plus we also configure it to give quick and frequent answers to our customers, something that saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing we can mention are the costs, really Salesforce can be a somewhat expensive program and more if your company requires the use of various tools or if you consume many resources, we sincerely believe that all companies should adjust their budgets when using it, but we also believe that it is worth paying for it since it is a really complete program that can contribute too many positive things to our companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited a lot with its CRM system for social networks, something that for our company has been fundamental in increasing sales and getting new customers, as in the case of its integration of Facebook and Twitter that helps us track and allows us to create cases within Sales cloud with publications and comments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a CRM program that integrates with third-party programs (such as social networks), provide sales support, create campaigns, take care of contracts management and more, Salesforce Service Cloud is the program that we recommend you to hire.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce is that it's very user-friendly and it's very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like is that sometimes it takes a little long to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce on a daily basis to notate customer accounts and escalate cases if ever the need arises.

Great CRM program
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, Customer centered, and great for marketing companies. Salesforce is easy to set up and modify that doesn't require a professional setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently, but one thing I disliked about the program was back when it first rolled out with our company there were several issues and crashes, but since they have fixed the bugs causing said problems.

Being more customer centered and focused has improved our overall customer satisfaction surveys.

Salesforce as a program is beneficial to my day to day work as it cuts tasks in half with the space available and also the resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Goes down or has system issues at times due to updates during the working day.

As stated earlier cuts tasks in half as I can save data and access very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product is geared to take care of majority of our workload in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the service information takes a couple of days to sync information from PeopleSoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently in my second position after three years with my current employer and I used salesforce in both positions. Salesforce is a great software for our company to stay on track with each individual account. It is great for logging calls, taking notes, holding documents, creating cases, adding timestamps, and generating reports. It also works well with syncing information from PeopleSoft. Out of the 3 years working with Salesforce, we may have only experienced technical difficulty 2 times for a couple of hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give other prospective customers the advice to read the whole manual of the Software to get the full usage of the software.

The best thing about it is the service gives a 360 degree view of every customer , resolve issues across the application

Sometimes the using the application and understanding how it works is a bit complex.
