What do you like best about the product?
Transparency and standard process that i can implement and automation tools to make things faster

Customisation should be made more simpler and API integrations should be readily available

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a global solution that is a leader in its domain. It allows us to think globally and it's a very powerful solution. The support is quite fast but it depends on your contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your contract type, the support can be much longer to respond. sometimes they only send a link to read the content when the main issue requires a more detailed help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesforce for our entire business for CRM data, call center, unified wih Marketing cloud it's even more powerfull and allow us to have a complete user understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
All your data is all together in one system. Highly customisable platform that can scale and grow with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not standard compared to other systems. Like a portal or soft phone integration or live chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All departments are on the same system leading to better customer services.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the the Case handling process in service cloud. Our clients are very happy with Salesforce. It helps in easy handling , assignment and escalation of cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is the best and has no issues. I have been using this for so long now and it has always helped in quick resolution to customer issues. Its integration with mail and email to case functionality is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing as such. Offline saver mode may be better.

As the name suggests, it provides the best services available and also it is very easy to use.

I am using the service cloud from 9 months and I have not found any dislikes as of now.

I am working in a project for my company in service cloud. It has a great benefits for me as well as for the client. As the name suggests, it will provide the best services.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability and available tools allowing to cover the customer service global environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commercial approach, the sales team is always looking to sell more and can penalize the customer if the activity is reduced, even is in the hard moments when we need a good partership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cases tracking and the integration of different roles in the company and outside the company. The communication is more fluent and the execution time is followed.
