Excellent and well organized platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized and well built, robust, the platform is. Also, it provides several connectors to supply every need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how limited the Dashboard creation module is. It is also very tedious to have to create a report per item in the Dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a better and more organized track of my leads and the campaigns they interact with

Knowledge & Case Management functionality help me to support my team members as well as our clients on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't dug in to the Omni-Channel functionality that my company has employed much. It seems like a good solution for a larger business, but not necessary at our current stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By storing instructional videos and FAQs in Knowledge Articles, we're able to provide asynchronous training and client support through our Salesforce Customer Community. This has allowed us to support clients with relatively limited account management resources. Email-Case functionality has also proved extremely helpful in connecting with clients as well as internal team members that have questions or requests for the technology and account management teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Manage my time wisely. To get informatio Mobile app is perfect I cannot live without it I recommend it to everybody who have a business to see where when and how.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard for me to organize my calendar because it's too small should be when I open on each day to see like expand so I know what's in that day unfortunately I cannot get frustrated to go on a lease to my calendar takes me about two days to do it

Lots of things if I don't have my computer I have my app I can do whatever I want instantly except the organizing my calendar

It generally requires a lot of training and familiarity to make best use of the application. However post jumping the learning curve ur all set to gain from the tool

Our organisation uses the tool for post sales customer experience management and support . We find it useful for upsell and crosssell opportunities for the revenue goals

The omnichannel view on any interactions couples with the recommandation articles. The telephony integration makes it accurate and user friendly.

Would be great to have a survey tool integrated

Post-sale is crucial for organisations and tracking customer interactions is so important. By using SalesForce Service Cloud we can make sure that all customer queries sit on their account, which means that we have a single source of truth for their account.

Like all SalesForce products it can be a little cumbersome to set up, and if not used properly then you won't achieve value.

em happened with me. They canceled my subscription without a proper notification and blocked me from getting into my data. All my date were lost and I don't have access to them anymore. Their sales person tried to compensate me with a very cheap compensation but I agreed and when it comes to fulfill their promises they revoke the word of their salesman.
Now, all I can say is that they scammed me. No matter how big they are but you can't reach out to a responsible person who can actually resolve your problem.

I can't say that since they banned me from my data of my whole company. So no benefits but actual loss happened with them.
