Consolidates all customer information, while providing great tools to support this customers

Salesforce Service Cloud - The Ultimate Customer Service Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud is an all-in-one customer service package that allows us to easily assist our customer through Case management, Inventory Management, Analytics and more. We use the Field Service Management package through Service Cloud + and it delivers so much value to us and our customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complicated to get set up, so I recommend working with Salesforce to get development/administration experience if you plan on integrating it into your business. Highly worth it though.

Salesforce Service Cloud + (w/ Field Service Management) is helping our General Contracting business grow efficiently through automating the timely customer service process.

It's Not supporting minor languages so well.

We are able to utilize sc for omnichannel customer service and start utilizing ai without developing eveyrhing inhouse

Gives you all the tools needed to ensure high productivity and operations.

Learning curve could be a little easier but not bad.
