What do you like best about the product?
Keeping my team up to speed on all the latest cases. We love that we can share with our I Bernal team and our external call center and our remote agents.

If it is not set up properly it will be very difficult to use

Service cloud is easy to configure and maintain. The user experience is intuitive, making training straightforward.

Licenses can be expensive when implementing for large teams

All of our support workflows exist in one place. This keeps our support agents focused without constantly switching apps.

Salesforce Service Cloud is complex for uses, the learning curve is steep. Customization can be time-consuming and require technical expertise
