How the service voice seamlessly make the contact center better. Milestones and entitlements are really good and the path features add a lot to it

Salesforce Service cloud is a very flexible and customizable solution. There are several natural integrations. I truly allow for greater customer insights, automated workflows, and customer quality.

While the platform is customizable, it can be complex and is a significant investment in your business.

Service cloud is our one stop platform for managing customer interactions. This has streamlined case management and enabled agent productivity.

It's can be complex so you really need to have someone knowledgeable working on it. A business user with no salesforce experience should not be the one setting things up.

Absolutely the best CRM service platform that provides immense customer satisfactory features specially in reference to customer service supports that we extensively use at Hilton. With AI baked to the Service cloud platform, it has become much unbeatable service platform in the world!

A much faster GA of GEN AI would be good.
