What do you like best about the product?
Case management process, service process, community experience with total flexibility and lot of out of the box components which helps both dev and business together
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, let's improve the AI part of that a bit more to make it more bug free and better value to the business and dev and create a trust between proples
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management and service centers with ivr by providing better user experience and good ui ability and also the case approvals and assignments and a lot more

What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud is quite useful to keep on track different issues clients might have. The way it approaches every client is effective and easy, improving the response rate for issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nothing related to the system. But the way it had been promoted in Mexico. There's no much info or details for future buyers and how it may be used in the different life cases of companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approach and solving problems for users, the different channels pf how clients may contact the company, and improving the post sell process of the company with current clients

What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud is amazing product which provides business streamline their process and increase agent productivity. Tools such as email to case CTI Omni Channels are of great help
What do you dislike about the product?
Service Cloud Vooice is an amazing tool and lighting community for those who are still in classsic help improve the gap between B2b and B2C areas.

Agent productivity and business process improvements which we tried to help them increase the revenue and roi.
There are lead processes which are not aligned hence we use out of the box features help them achieve it

What do you like best about the product?
this platform is very helpfull to improve the cutomer succes and reduce times of case management. The managment of case to do the assigment to agents is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a platform with a lot of functionalitlies and you need to get help from a partner or Salesforce specialist to have full knowledge about all functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented in a lot of customers Service cloud to integrate the telephony channel to save time of the agents and centalize the management of th customer support in a same place.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives a full view of the challenge a customer is facing and allows me to pull in other teams through related cases to solve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email screen is too small to effectively work in. Needs to be the largest section on the page. Or have ability to hide the case elements so the email screen is larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting teams in one tool eliminating the swivel chair effect. Saving us time with simple case management frees our team up to focus on improving the relationship and upselling to the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to leverage out of box functionality and only have to customize to meet our IP reququirements

Reporting can be cumbersome when data it's dispersed among objects. Internal data Lake would be helpful

We are able to provide a unique service for our patients that no other platform has been able to provide

Limited functionality to only certain objects like milestones.
