Service Cloud comes out of the box with many data and automation features. Can be used in all industries and all sizes of Business

Salesforce and its associated bells and whistles are expensive

Less customization and it is difficult to work with 3rd parties

There is a complaint resolution process which is performed by this very efficient and helpful in ensuring great service
Service Cloud Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud is a must especially if your company already use Salesforce Sales Cloud. The company will get a customer 360 view of the pre and post sales experience. With service cloud, you're also getting a platform where you can build custom solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Case milestone is too focused on time but you can install the case flags app from app exchange that offers more flexibility. This is just a small thing, otherwise it is a great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization of work by using the Actions and Recommendations lightning component, lightning path component and knowledge articles. We also implemented automation to reduce clicks and improve data integrity.
