Complete Customer Support Package for Companies

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, specially Omni Channel, and Customizable Console interfaces, and the ease of Integration stand out. And the quick and efficient customer support that is ensured with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage for Service Cloud can be it's steep pricing model, which might be constraint for Small emerging Businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Case Management system, allows agent to get back to customers quicker and on a priority basis to get their queries and problems solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is used as a ticketing service tool at my organisation and it is easy and quick when it comes to using salesforce. It has helped me to learn and gain knowledge about salesforce very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be salesforce outage which can cause issue sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The knowledge base article are easy to create and find. This helps with supporting customer quickly and with correct information.

We use Salesforce Service Cloud for lead management and opportunity management.

What needs improvement?

The pricing for what Salesforce Service Cloud offers is not great.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used Salesforce Service Cloud for a few years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Around 70 users are using Salesforce Service Cloud in our organization.

How are customer service and support?

The solution's technical support team resolved our issues reasonably fast.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used Oracle Fusion.

How was the initial setup?

Salesforce Service Cloud’s initial setup is straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

The solution's deployment took a few weeks. We implemented the solution through a consultant. A small team was involved in the solution's deployment, and it was relatively easy to deploy.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We pay a yearly licensing fee for Salesforce Service Cloud, which is expensive.

What other advice do I have?

I am using the latest version of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Overall, I rate Salesforce Service Cloud a six out of ten.

Best Cloud to manage Customer queries

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage cases and customer queries whether it is related to lead opportunities and other accounts. We can do email to case ,web to case and chat support using in this cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is more expensive than other cloud.Sometimes we also face integration is challenging in service cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage customer complaints,Case management and knowledge management.We can do email to case ,web to case and chat support using Salesforce service Cloud

Love Service Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
We just transitioned to Service Cloud and we are loving some of the automation options. Saving so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
We worked cases in Sales Cloud previously and it takes some getting use to using Service Console, however most of it I love some things that have been challenging have been pinning reports and other things because you can't see the title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still new to Service Cloud, but using Macros, and quick text have really helped save time and clicks. We are still building out Knowledge, but we see the benefits already and can't wait until it's more robust for us to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud help us to send Emails or other ways to contact with our customers . There is lot of features in which we use serive cloud for our business uses also . It helps us to improve connectivity with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may delay in responses of our emails and chats , this makes improper solution.
Sometimes Salesforce users have not the solution of their customer problem which affect the customer business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In salesforce Service cloud sometimes solution may takes time or sometimes it always stay remain unsolved because of no solution. Sometimes Configuration may be some difficult to setup the permissions

Its helps to make life easy because everything mostly done on virtual bases . It has the 360 degree view and offers the fastest and Smarter experience and solution . Through the AI automation it help us to delivered the project faster .

Salesforce Service Cloud provides a variety of channel communication that will allow us to reach our customer for their query.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call center use case is still not native to salesforce would love to see the Salesforce coming up with its own product/module for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of Salesforce Service Cloud is able it is able to gather all the info from the customer in one place and whenever the support agent wants to refer they can have it in one click.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and configure the required details for your business or company and easy to implement. UI and services provided by Salesforce service cloud is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few limitations but thta will only encounter when you have mass data

For us Salesforce Service cloud making it easy to gather all customers details, provide platform to customers to create a case for their issues, providing them proper access as per product purchased, etc etc
