What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service Cloud is like a complete package of all the major use case, that an enterprise might need. From the UI to the services, everything is seamless.

Although Salesforce Service Cloud is like a complete package, I feel that it might need a bit improvement on the performance part.

Due to glitches it does noy highlight any duplicate records and later we have to do it manually
