It has been a great experience, it's a friendly platform, pretty straightforward to learn to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build a journey flow process, Pretty powerful tool the Studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
An advanced mode needs to be added as a functionality to make the creation of cards and actions more flexible. For example an interface to add html, css and javascript code assets and have access to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minor issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The Airkit experience has allowed us to increase our efficiency in onboarding our partners by 50% with that number continuing to grow. I found the team to be easy to work with and solution-oriented. Our experience has been so positive that we continue to work with the Airkit team in an effort to better our onboarding experience. We're happy to have them as a long term vendor.

Airkit allows for us to further empower our partners by allowing them to go through the onboarding process on their own terms and timelines, all while doing so in an easy to understand flow.

A complete overview on our customers, rom Lead to Case, we can log all customers activities and be proactive for their needs.

it is sometimes difficult to adapt the tools to the tasks.

It has a lot more features that would allow the sales team to follow their prospects/opportunities from start to finish very easily.

Complicated architecture, requires expert knowledge to configure Security and sharing settings

Once set up it is easy to use, more user friendly apps can be built.

It's incredibly simple to work with. Our business makes use of it to communicate our customers' problems and wishes they might encounter. Everything is actually registered within the client's name, and that is pretty good in case you've to come back and examine something. I have used it daily and it's most likely my favorite thing of most I use every single day.

I cannot consider of anyway I do not love about Salesforce. He's all I need for these days.

Dealing with customers has become a little easier. But user acceptance is still a struggle.

I suggest using a mobile program which combines the system cloud with the product sales cloud.

Salesforce CRM solution is extremely robust, fault tolerant and very intuitive to work on.

High price and user accessibility make it a less favorite.

Maintaining customer database and integrating it with demand tools to remove duplicate contacts

Ease of use and ability to collaborate on items. With so many users across the company this software makes a great tool.

I would like the interface to be updated a bit. The UI is not necessarily dated but could be improved for easier navigation.

Ability to track customer items and collaborate on items with other departments.

I would strongly recommend utilizing this software especially for companies with large number of employees and clients.

Layout and design is a bit outdated, and some buttons/options are difficult to find quickly on the page.

The software is intuitive and stable. Our sales reps are all logging their activity which is easily tracked.

The mobile app is not as user friendly. I cannot access case details easily on the app.
