What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SignNow is onboarding, such as new team member onboarding, and also change management and any access requests.
For onboarding, SignNow is being used when a new team member joins and there is the whole process of policy acknowledgements, equipment handoffs, and different types of forms. In this case, we use SignNow to sign the documents and send them quickly.
What is most valuable?
The best features that I have seen in SignNow are the workflow automation, such as the reminders, expiration, and also the team sharing option. Additionally, I have loved the integrations that SignNow currently has. The security part of it is also really impressive.
The workflow automation and reminders in SignNow have helped my team in day-to-day life. When we have onboarded a new person, there are a few reminders set so that the new onboard gets a particular reminder that the form needs to be signed at that time. This ease is maintained and we do not need to follow up continuously. This is something that really helped.
SignNow has positively impacted my organization because these quick things that need manual intervention are faster, and it is helpful due to fast approvals. Additionally, the lower cost because of email-based processes and strong traceability for audits and compliance purposes is something it has helped with.
What needs improvement?
SignNow can be improved by having more granular admin roles, permissions, and some strong domain organizational controls. Additionally, API or webhook reliability will also guarantee higher and better parity. More richer template versioning and conditional logic in SignNow will really make it better.
On the user experience side, I think things can be more user-friendly.

Whenever we had any issues, the customer support was really helpful and quick, so 24/7 support is received from them.

I did not previously use a different solution; this is something that we have been using from the start.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment with SignNow because the manual process required the intervention of multiple employees, but here, things are taken care of by SignNow. The reminder and expiration features help, and we have avoided paper. This has helped to avoid courier costs and printing costs, and saved labor as 8 to 15 minutes per document was needed previously, but here SignNow helps. Additionally, there are fewer errors.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for SignNow is that all of it is affordable from the point of the organization. The pricing, setup cost, and obviously the maintainability and licensing have helped a lot because there is no mandatory setup fee for SignNow. That is something that I have liked. Things are also on a per-user basis, so we do not actually pay for the whole thing, but we pay per user.

I did not evaluate other options before choosing SignNow.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using SignNow is to go for it because it will really help to reduce costs on a daily basis. It will also save the time of employees and let employees actually focus on the more important things. I would rate this review a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really an amazing software to manage and sign documents with good collection of sign texts. It is easy to manage and share signed documents with people and companies. Also very helpful in keeping track of new pdf's and getting sign from other people. Easy to use as it auto detects fields to fill

The overall UI can be improved and made simple as for a signing application it is complex and also the auto detect of fields can't be disabled. Pricing can be improved as well

It is really helpful to manage multiple documents and to get sign in desired fields, it also helps us manage and keep track of signed contracts. Easy to share contracts with clients and to manage their access
SignNow is an affordable eSignature solution for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It used to be cheaper than competitor products, like Adobe Sign or Docusign. Templates were available to use, but customisation and document sharing was limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found teh platform's UI/UX cumbersome, and features with template customisation and document sharing were not as well though through as I would have liked.

We've been using SignNow as an easy-to-use and affordable entry-level esignature solution at my remote-first company. It was a budget-friendly solution with limited features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like airslate signnow for its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to upload, prepare, and send documents for signature. Its binding e-signatures comply with global standards, providing good service for businesses and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike airslate signnow that it lacks certain advanced features found in competitors, such as detailed analytics. I feel that minor glitches or slow performance, especially on mobile devices. Although the platform is generally user-friendly, but i feel the interface could use a more modern refresh to enhance usability.

It solves the problem of slow, manual, paper-based signing processes by providing a fast, secure, and legally binding way to sign documents electronically. What do you like best about the product?
When I am out in the field at a new customer with our franchise owner it allows me to have them digitally sign documents and email right then. I do not have to go back to the office and scan paper documents creating less recyclable waste.

The updates reset custom settings like signatures and email.

Paper recyclable waste and time. The app saves both.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very valuable tool if you need signatures and you don’t have person to person contact all the time. It’s user-friendly where if you’re sending it to someone who isn’t experienced, they still can easily complete their signature.

So far, I haven’t come across anything that I sent livable

What do you like best about the product?
It does what it says on the packet. Gets the deals signed. Easy to use.
I think my favorite thing is my older, tech phobic clients manage to use it without even calling me.
It is also better priced than Docusign, which I had before.
Also customer support is excellent, I had an issue and it got solved in less than 7 minutes!
It integrates well with Gmail as well. Though I must confess I have yet to fully explore all these features.
I use it every week & more so as I do more deals.

I would like the opportunity to fully edit PDF's in it.
