Great marketing tool for B2B2C channel businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Love the analytics and smart recommendations that help me make the most use out of the tool. I love using it because it is very easy to use, reduces dependency on me or my team for the execution and can be easily implemented. The CSM we have is also very supportive and helps with any issues we might be facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not available yet, but the team has taken up the feedback and started the dev on them so that is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me connect with my large userbase intuitively at the right time, based on the behaviour of our user.

Customer support needs improvement. Issues take too long to resolve via mail, whereas phone calls resolve them in minutes.

Team's support in catalog creation was instrumental in elevating our business and leisure journeys. We can now offer personalized, category-wise experiences to our guests.

While WebEngage is a powerful tool, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming initially. A more intuitive onboarding process with step-by-step tutorials would make the setup and navigation much smoother for new users.

Then we integrated with WebEngage, and honestly, we weren't sure how it would go. But it turned out great! We now use WebEngage for all our communication needs—whether it’s creating leads, running promotions, or nurturing customers. What we really love is how WebEngage keeps up with market trends and quickly introduces new features that are super useful for businesses like ours :)

Nothing's perfect, there’s always room for improvement.
Sometimes the dashboard takes ages to load and just shows the loading screen forever, which can be frustrating. And while their support is generally helpful, but, if we run into a more complex issue that needs a developer's help, it can take quite a bit of time to get things sorted :(

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping us streamline and automate our customer communication across multiple channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Before using WebEngage, managing these channels separately was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, we can handle everything from lead generation to customer nurturing and promotions in one place, which has improved our response times and engagement rates. The platform's ability to segment users and create personalized campaigns has also helped us target the right audience, ultimately boosting our conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Best in terms of Omnichannel journeys
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has the best omnichannel journeys I have come across so far. They have done great job integrating various touch points of user journey into one platform so you don't have to manage and navigate multiple platforms.
The number of segmetation options also let you deep dive and find the audience that actually work for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
The intial setup is a bit of hastle with custom building logics catering to specific requirements.
Reporting can also be improved as to see breakdown to revenue from sends, opens and click a whole report has to be downloaded rather than data being visible on dashboard.

We were using separate palatforms to manage our whatasapp, email and push notification not it has become easier for us to manage everything at one place.
The Perfect tool for Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The best part that I like about WebEngage is their support. They are so good at support that they have a huge separate team when it comes to support, recently we had a few problems where their support team helped us so well. This tool is the best for marketing automation as it's easy to use and has lots of options to get insights, For us, it provides every basic detail we want to know about our users. when it comes to integration it is so easy to integrate with the other tools which helps our business very well. So recently we had to insert some things where we wanted webengage help, so they helped us very quickly and implemented the sections we wanted for our business. we use webengage daily as it provides the complete movement of our users where our work becomes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the tool itself offers this much pretty good options, there are so dislike such, but one thing about dislike is their analytics part, so it's like a old fashioned dashboard for analytics, so recently they have understood and worked on it and from Feb 12th onwards they have implemented also, so its much better now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently we had some problems regarding onsite surveys where we wanted to show the weboverlays in some pages, but it was not happening. so their support team helped us in solving it, so with the weboverlays only we are generating the best profit out if it.
This should be the benchmark CRM tool for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I am a first time CRM user and WebEngage was the first tool that I have ever used. From the onboarding through Webengage Academy to the knowledgebase, I have never felt lost with this software and how things work. All features just make sense! The potential is unlimited as we are actively adding new features while implementing BAU requirements as per our requirements. The Manager support is great as well with multiple offline meets schedule for planning alongwith that a great technical support is also provided where issues are usually resolved within 24 working hours. I have been using WebEngage daily for the past 2 months and I am able to apply all of my marketing knowledge using the tools available on here.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have much nice things to say about the platform, I can still say that the server speeds can be a bit better(our database is way too big as well). But, apart from that I have had no complaints from the portal or the support team.

WebEngage is helping us automate and centralize all our communication in a manner that our user base is not getting un-personalized communication at random times. It is helping us reach revenue goals every month by providing us with the marketing tools for personalization, segmentation and centralization.
Easy to use and analize
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is easy to schedule broadcast campaigns, journeys and segmentation is also very easy. I can easily do segmentation as per my need. I can do segmentation on the basis of user behaviour, orders/product purchase history. Also, I can download reports easily. I can add customized UTM is email templates and track the data in GA4 as well. It's very easy to check campaign-wise reports/matrix like sent count, opens, clicks, unsubscribe count. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had 1 experience where the tool was slow and was not loading fast. Also, if I raise any ticket, customer support is available on email and hence, I don't get quick solution, which is possible on Google meet. But, WebEngage support team keeps Google meet as a last option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have huge user's data. It's very easy to upload csv file and create segments as per different data we have, like buyers of product A, product B. i.e. uploading offline data is very easy. Also, it's good that we can create different journeys like a welcome journey, abandoned checkout journey, upsell and cross-sell journies. Building drag and drop email template is very easy. So, I don't need HTML tech guy to create HTML email template. Also, steps of creating broadcast campaigns and overall UI of tool is simple and easy to understand. Process of scheduling SMS is also similar like email scheduling. So, it helps us and my team to do daily execution of broadcast and journeys easily.
Webengage is a very powerful platform to create a wholesome online shopping experience for them!

Their multi-channel support for campaigns and journeys, and seamless UI to make everything easy to set-up and intuitive. Their customer support is very agile and always eager to help improve our communication strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating WA templates is a bit of a hassle, as we have to create the template in both Gupshup (service provider) and then in Webengage.
