Key insights from user to improve key metrics

What do you like best about the product?
I draw a lot of insights to improve my matrics like engagment, monetization etc. The good part is, I can plan a start to end journey for retargeting a user by multiple channels like email, whatsapp, sms , notification etc. to make sure that the intended user doesn't slip away from achieving his/her objective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data migration are very slow and if a organization want to transfer many thousands of user in a single go, webengage doesn't have a system in place or their system is very slow. We struggle for more than a month to upload more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We target user through a complete journey by tagreting and retargeting them with different channels like email, notificarion, sms, whatsapp etc. based on different actions and events in their journey to convert. Its benefitting as we are improving our engagement and CSAT.

You can create cohort and make the user journey using this tools easily

The analytical part can be improved this seems to be not so implemented

We are not sure about our retention and are also not able to track it so we decided to take a marketing automation tool to retain our customers and improve the retention rate. this tool is helping to run a new campaign and allow user to complete the order in the same fashion due to this the retention rate is improved in a good manar

What do you like best about the product?
Webpush feature is quite cool and its user friendly to integrate. WhatsAppp campaign is easy to do. Email builder is okay but its not give you very professional email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is not built for offline retail use cases, Email builder is okay but its not give you very professional email campaign. Customer segmentation is also quire complecated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For customer retention for the online platform, it is okay. But WebEngage needs to build many readymade journeys, and use cases that will be easy to implement. Visible result not seen yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Live Segments and Funnels are more interactive and Creative. Tracking Users gives the best experience to analyze the data of users as well as Events. and Installing Webengage is more simpler than any other Analytics tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a lot of time to reflect on events, And Webengage doesn't notify about update and maintenance times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage Support team is good at solving my problem. once I'm stuck with the migration of the events and users, the support team helps me to do the same.

customer executive Support, cant make complex journey like if else loops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no need to build new notification engine and have load on our servers, instead existing system and concentrated on core work.

Very Detailed Insight Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing about WebEngage is its detailed event tracking with User information which includes tracking the location, session duration, Unique Events etc.
We can customize the events and organize them according to our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tracking is a bit difficult when the site is embedded into an Iframe some sessions and page views are missed out in tracking and that doesn't give accurate data.
Example: on the main page, A license key of WebEngage is implemented for tracking and the sight in the iframe has B key attached to it then the event of the B page is not tracked in the A account, and the user data is also not visible on B account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It Gives a very detailed tracking and data management where we can get data about System Attributes, User Profiles, Custom Events, and much more.
We can get to see complete Analytics metrics of top events during a time span which helps in understanding the user's interest in a better way.
