What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is a customer engagement platform that allows businesses to interact with their customers across multiple channels such as email, mobile push notifications, SMS, in-app messages and web push notifications. It also provides features such as user segmentation, real-time analytics and A/B testing which can be useful for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the WebEngage platform can make it difficult for users to navigate and understand all of the features and functionality it offers. Additionally, setting up and configuring the platform can be time-consuming, as users may need to spend a significant amount of time learning how to use the platform and setting up the various features and integrations that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the platform's various features such as push notifications, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and surveys, you can gather data on your users' behavior and preferences, and create campaigns that are more likely to be effective

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Segment Processing Time while creating event-based segments
2) Inability to backtrack user activity using Paths
3) Inability in creating user cohorts from funnels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly related to Marketing. Optimising our campaigns while targeting our user base is essential to ensure that the user is not bombarded. This has been taken care of by WebEngage.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is how it helps you understand your users on the web or app platform by creating unique events and the analytics feature they provide. The flow of real-time data is what makes it stand out from other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been very less thing to dislike as the product has been evolving by taking our suggestions but the pricing is way too high which I think they can reduce for the startups like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So the main issue that this platform has sorted for us is that It has WhatsApp and IVR included in the platform along with other communication methods like SMS or Email or Push notifications. Now with better analytics, we can segment our user base as to how and with what communication method they are engaging and it helps us to increase our productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage allows for the creation of journeys, website personalization, drip emails, social media messaging, SMSes and many other means of communication for marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, WebEngage is a very intuitive tool to use. However, we had faced initial challenges with the Webengage team to get us started and do an initial setup. Moreover, the primary key for each user is the ID webengage generates rather than the email id or phone number of the use which may create duplicate users in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated system to send out transactional emails/notifications as well as marketing communication to our end clients based on their behavior. Webengage helps us in doing exactly that.

They have also add next gen conversional channel like Whats app and RCS which enable there customer to send multimedia communication and engage them more effectively.

They have to focus more on implementing a process which enables them to connect with other vendors which there customer is already connected.

What do you like best about the product?
Webengage has a lot of advanced filters that helps us segment our audience so well that it feels like we're talking with our customers 1:1.

Internal messaging and notification capabilities helped us to time our actions so that we can convert the actions by being at the right place at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ux of the app can be improved a lot. Also if the reporting capabilities can be made more dynamic that'd be awesome too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage is helping us personalized our internal communications with our users. And we're getting benefits of high conversion rate in our app purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
The industry is constantly changing, and WebEngage allows me to produce marketing at a very fast pace. The best market analysis management software for decision-making is undoubtedly this one. In creating follow-up processes, I have had some really important achievements.

The interface is something they need to improve because it has not performed adequately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to build strong consulting scales in numerous businesses that had adequate marketing analytics because we are continually growing as consultants and because we are aware of what works best for us in terms of productivity, analysis and creating accurate information. WebEngage has helped me foster strong work in terms of economic development, and it works fantastically for anyone interested in thoroughly researching the market.

What do you like best about the product?
1 ) Easy to use.
2) Allow many ways of re-targeting.
3) Multiple channels can be integrated.
4) Full-stack user retention.
5) Omni-channel journey.
6) Tracking the location, session, and events is easy to set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is not that good. Sometimes the tracking data mismatch issue, embedded Iframe less to miss of sessions and page views. onboarding a third-party vendor is also difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking non-logged-in users on the website, their activity, and retargeting was a big issue. WebEngage allows us to identify and plan retargeting of such user via the Omni-channels.
