What do you like best about the product?
1. It is User friendly
2. Segmentation is good
3. Easy to find user profile activities, there is no lag in recording user activites

What do you like best about the product?
After using the WebEngage platform for our business growth, I personally share it is the best customer engagement and marketing automation platform. Its notable features such as in-app and push notifications, email marketing, surveys, and feedback forms let us communicate with users and gather insights to improve the customer experience. The platform's capability of customisation includes the ability to personalise messages based on customer behaviour and preferences and to create targeted campaigns based on user segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using WebEngage for the last eight months, and I found nothing much to dislike about it. However, I would like to add a suggestion that it sometimes get slow when heavy traffic is coming to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has successfully enabled our business to communicate with our customers effectively and gather insights to improve our customer experience. Webengage key features integration to our app, including push notification, in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp really helped us scale our business and generate more revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, light code, and good documentation of the use cases.
Funnels and conditional statements for various segments really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better to have more control over the maximum no of times a user sees irrespective of sessions. Also if there could be a limit set which is irrespective of the device (web/mobile).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves customer segmentation and automation of communications via journeys. Also helps in user analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Journeys Setup on the Tool. Easy to Use for new users.

Need 360 Degree Reporting for all channels.

Webengage solving our Customer retention problem. With WebEngage we are bale to setup cohort-based communication journeys for ur users, which is helping us to retain and activate our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides easy integration for all the channels we want to incorporate, and, we can plan/customize messages through a wide range of possibilities specifically in the journey section.
Also, it helps to easily test different elements in emails through variations. (subject line, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit complicated sometimes when I create specific journeys and it doesn't work. I think a support mechanism that is easy to reach and that can cross-check my journeys and point out the correction would greatly help.
Also, sometimes the segment doesn't load the right number of customers as it should, not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly providing both a CRM platform and a CDP tool that is helping me to quickly transfer my first-party data to my sales channels such as FB and google.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us automate marketing in the organization and integrate customer touchpoints that allow us to track the user journey within our web platforms. Visualizing data has become easier since we have this tool, and it has allowed us to identify gaps in our workflow and find solutions as quickly as possible. Moreover, WebEngage has helped us develop a sales-focused funnel, which has allowed us to make assessments that are taken into account in the organization's decision-making regarding marketing and effective sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface could be improved; it could add new and more creative templates, and creating segments usually takes more time than we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage we have been able to automate several marketing tasks that initially wasted a lot of valuable time; it has allowed us to store and analyze our customer data, track detailed user journeys and develop useful sales funnels in our decision-making. WebEngage has good features, and their customer service is quite good and helpful; they are very well prepared to provide the support wheneededes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user tracking on every event plus journey feature to send an automation campaign to multiple channels like SMS, Email, Whatsapp, App Push, In-App etc. In comparison to competitors its cheap with all important analytics and tracking. Its live stats feature to check users on the mobile app is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mark all small metric values in events under analytics as others. Moreover, its delivery/click report with some of its partners/integration is not perfect. Sometimes a failed delivery is shown as sent. Can't create campaign directly from RFM outcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track user behavior on our mobile app and use this data to help re-target such users and increase retention metrics. I can track user behavior on different mediums on one panel/dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface and valuable insights. The wide range of insights allows us to segment our customers and create a custom journey based on their interests & affinities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. But there is always a scope for improvement. I expect to see even more features getting added to the platform. Features that allow us to identify and predict the customers path on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the e-commerce sector, and it is because of WebEngage that we have been making a lot happen on our website. Our trigger journeys revolve around the insights provided by WebEngage.
