What do you like best about the product?
Managing all user communication in one place, ability to easily get insights into user actions & behaviors with ease.

We have essential been able to drive most of our Product Marketing efforts through WebEngage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any critical issues, but some more advanced filtering options would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting insights into user persona, behavious, and actions - and using that data to run product marketing campaigns seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us bring all kinds of analytical capabilities as well as all kinds of marketing communication challens under one umbrella and significantly increased proficiency and productivity of the team with fewer chances of missing out on timely commucation through various channels.
With ease of integration and easy access to expensive other supporting marketing tools at affordable prices.

WebEngage can be more user friendly and more frequent webinars for different features on the platform.

Marketing communication through various different channels on the platform including SMS, Whatsapp, Email and Push notifications are easier than ever now with the help of webengage. With the help of analytics we are able to target the right audience resulting in increase in customer retention rate.

The best feature of WebEngage is its ability to retain users through marketing automation and to trigger communication during various user journeys.

Some technical features are hard to understand at first, but the training provided through WebEngage helps in learning those as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. WebEngage Support is always active and available for us with fast response and fixes. It's easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. Also WebEngage is best suited for Marketing Automation but not for Customer Analytics. I wish to see it become more powerful in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use WebEngage for Growth, be it Activation or Retention. We use it as a CDP, Omnichannel Campaign Management, Creating Automated Journeys, Sending Daily Push Campaigns and Analytics. It has helped us in Identifying and Decreasing Drop Across Funnel, Increasing Conversions, Retaining and Engaging Users through Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEbgage is a great tool for the automation on client engagement and conversion. Built-in AI features are work really well and accurate too. The best part is creating a client Journey is very simple and easy and all channels of communication are available with N numbers of combination. The onboarding team team is really helpful. Overall experience is Good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Dislike but yes some suggestion.

1. Can reduce the AI analyzing time for new users' behavior under the Journey section which is approx 1 month currently.

2. Can figure out the solution for the Best channel for communication for new users.

3. Can Improve support TAT for the queries received on the Webengage portal.

4. Commercials may sound high for small businesses. Webengange can provide discounted rates for a year or half year for small enterprises.

For client awareness on our website , and analysing client data on our website for best conversion of leads.
