Lot more useful features could be added and price can be cut down
What do you like best about the product?
The way they can track starting from a product/page viewed to post purchase is the biggest positive
What do you dislike about the product?
They collect and store a lot of data in terms of pages visited, buttons clicked etc but nothing comes out of it unless you manually search through all that stuff. Along with half boiled features comes a hefty bill every month. Just because they're in the market for a long time doesn't mean they can charge whatever they want. There are recent players who have better features for a lesser price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retention is the way to go if you want to survive long term and web Engage provides solution to make automations easier for someone who already made a purchase with us and that communicaiton can be about an upsell or cross sell or a reorder nudge

What do you like best about the product?
1. It helps me easily create communication journeys with users.
2. It adds a lot of business value in that manner. We can send transactional and promotional whatsapp, email, SMS etc easily to users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really.
1. There are limited changes that we can do in a live journey.
2. The process of creating cohorts also seems to be too lengthy.
3. Rest all things are fine. Also event properties seem to be confusing when setting up the datatype of different properties.

1. It's helping me significantly in improving the business, since I can now engage with the users, when I want to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some times user's event data takes time to reflect in the dashboard hence all of the events based actions from the dashboard are delayed in those scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User retention and user engagement were two major issues we were stuck with but web engage through it's commutation channel's such as push notifications, emails, In app messaging really helped us improve.

I have not directly interacted with the customer support team but my team faces issues with getting any guidance or support from the WE team for any issues, so please look up to this in the future

It saves us a lot of time in tracking and consolidating the reports and records of the campaigns which we send which thereby benefits us in analyzing and optimising for the future

`It has many features which include multi-channel communication, personalization, segmentation, automation, analytics, ease of use, and responsive customer support, but i like multichannel approach and responsive customer support.

The team can improve on the user interface, it is a little dull compared to other platforms providing same solutions.

Reporting for journeys could be improved, but it's a minor inconvenience.

WebEngage was a tool that clubbed all our needs together in terms of features, functionalities, and usability. The platform seamlessly expanded our in-house tech stack, optimizing our funnels and conversions. We operate across a variety of channels and with an endless assortment of products. This complicates our operations to a large degree. WebEngage has been instrumental in our iterative marketing efforts. With the right data, insights and automations, we've been able to personalize shopping, analyze the performance and incorporate the learning to unlock the next level of growth.

I'm delighted to say that WebEngage is one of the best omnichannel platform not only for new users, its even for remarketing.

Weboverlay (on site survery) reports needs to be built manually be creating custom events.

Recently, we came across Email journey created and there was a new add on option to enter the pre header. This is helpful for us to understand how the Subject line looks and how it delivers.

WebEngage provides all the Analytics Data from our apps, helping us to understand user behaviour.
What do you like best about the product?
The data we get from Web Engage is real-time, making sure we get all the data without the risk of losing even a single ounce of it. Along with that, you can also pass parameters with your events.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't get the data as per the app being used. To get that you always have to apply a filter for that particular app.
And in some cases, data gets dealyed to get uploaded on the dashboard. This puts the user in a dilemma whether the data was sent correctly or not.
