Good to go with if you know the proper usecases
What do you like best about the product?
Webengage is good to go with if you know how to write content and publish it in the campaigns. Things you should must try is considering blogs and understanding the concept of micro segmenting for efficient campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
By exploring the capabilities of web engage users often get overwhelmed and start jumping to the cool features without exploring 100% usage. Thus, it' not about webengage is bad but everyone should go in-depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily add custom fields and without any code changes you can customize your requirements, for example instead of writing powered by webengage you can easily write powered by your own company and changing logos, this is just one example and there are many more.
Easy multi-channel comms and personalisation with WE
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-channel communication as suggested in my title is one of the best features of WE. I use it to automate simple comms for certain customer segments and replicate the same messaging across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve as compared to other engagement/communication tools is a bit too curved. Also, there are fewer customisation features and limitations with A/B testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralised platform/dashboard to control multi-channel comms. By setting up automated workflows, it is easy to setup action triggers for communications and forget, making it highly efficient and time saving.

The process of choosing and organizing leads enables the creation of multiple campaigns and the incorporation of personalized variables.

Dashboard updates experience a delay, with lead journey updates taking around 5 to 10 minutes to reflect in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEnagage is the number of options it provides its users for targeting users. Whether it's the BPN or audience segments, it just sets things on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to restrict data flow at the URL level results in the collection of data at the domain or subdomain level, which increases the number of users in the Webengage database, complicating commercial considerations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webengage helps me track a lot of omni-channel marketing/remarketing campaigns. The automation tool and audience capture of unknown/known users increase the marketing efficiency substantially.
