Compliance training should not be boring, Here comes KnowBe4...
What do you like best about the product?
The topics are critical and explained in a very engaging way, with knowledge checked at every step so you know how you are progressing or you have re-read it again for complete functional understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, For such corporate training it is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides complete and easy-to-understand compliance training in Harassment prevention at the workplace and many more topics like data safety, cyber security and much more.
Easy UI
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is great for checking compliance and also assigning courses to users, all in one place. Makes it incredibly convenient as an admin, without having to change platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup took a bit to configure, but after doing so it was easy to use. Also, some of the false positives cause courses to be assigned and require a little extra work. Not many complaints other than that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to have everything in one place; maximizes efficiency so that you can work on other things that matter in your day. Other platforms are much more confusing with the UI

The best part was it short, concise and very informative. It allowed me to get the training I needed but not impact my day.

Highly reccomend doing the training on a bigger screen

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus makes it easy to train a large group of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 makes it easy to train a large group of people. The videos are informative and mildly entertaining (enough to encourage people to stay interested in the training).
great customer service for a mostly simple platform

the platform had some confusing aspects but the customer support was great and made it easy to figure out what to do

not always self explanatory, hard to know how to set things up sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use from a user perspective. It provides regular security training and courses in engaging and fresh ways.

The site can sometimes feel a little dated.

It offers a platform for security, procedure, harassment trainings in a format that's easy for employees to use.

The reminder emails to complete training can be overbearing.

I find knowforb a bit boring but at the end of the day it gets the job done.

Although it gets the job done I find it a bit boring for elearning. It is not very intereactive and its move of a check of the box.

Highly engaging, fun and meaningful
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is that it provides a comprehensive solution to manage compliance with various regulations and standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO27001 and others. This platform offers a range of tools and features to help organizations manage their compliance needs, including risk assessments, policy templates, compliance training, and ongoing monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content that I already know and am well versed in can't be skipped or fast-forwarded to save time. Instead of having a well-versed user sit through the entire content, it might be more productive by providing an early assessment test to gauge the user's knowledge. KnowBe4 can then target specific content for the user based on their level of proficiency. For instance, a seasoned security practitioner should be trained and challenged on security topics and subjects that are meant for an advanced audience and not some beginner or intermediate-level engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an end user, I benefited from KnowBe4 Compliance Plus training content. It was great to be able to learn how to navigate daily complex compliance scenarios by watching video content that portrayed different individuals in their organisations.
