This is a great add on for a Financial Services provider
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of training modules is great and fit for purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all financial regulation modules are contained in Compliance plus

Keeping our staff educated and thus keeping our organization withing financial regulations.

Compliance Plus offers a fresh approach to compliance training, making it more effective, engaging, and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility in customizing the content to align with my organization’s specific compliance needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Plus provides targeted training on topics such as sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, and business ethics. By educating employees, it helps reduce the risk of non-compliance with legal and ethical standards. The training content is engaging and relevant, ensuring that employees understand their responsibilities. This awareness empowers them to make informed decisions and act ethically in the workplace.
Easy and intuitive to set up training/phishing campaigns. I had the basics down in just minutes!
What do you like best about the product?
Training on best practices for keeping data safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a hot topic for years and Compliance Plus has offered excellent training for our employees. For those fresh out of college and us veterans, the business ethics topics are always great.

It gives us the ability to complete the ethics requirement
Great Customer Service and Easy Use UI
What do you like best about the product?
That I can set it up once and just have it run. Add people to dynamic groups for training and just let it work. I log in frequenty and check on the stantuses. We will be using the other features as we move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super straight forward on setup of training and campaigns but they customer service walked me through step by step. It made for an easy implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have an automated service for this type of training before, this will be super helpful for HR compliances.

Comprehensive and Informative Compliance Training with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's Compliance Plus Training is a comprehensive, user-friendly, and customizable solution. Compliance Plus has well-designed content, an engaging user experience, is current, and the customer support is excellent! My account rep is so responsive when I have questions, it's pretty great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a pretty good sign when you are asked what you dislike about a product and nothing to mind.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is a solution for companies to administer HR Compliance training that is user friendly and informative for the end user, our employees.

its engaging and interactive training content, which uses gamification techniques to make compliance training more enjoyable and effective.

I find the platform's pricing to be relatively high and you may encounter technical difficulties when using certain features.

It helps organizations address compliance challenges and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.

I love that the information is current and fresh, often times training and compliance training is lackluster and dated. That isn't the case with Compliance Plus.

There isn't much I would say is back about Compliance Plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has kept our teams up to day with current laws and regulations. It's not only one specific thing as well, it allow us to put compliance training for various departments and teams.
Fast and to the Point
What do you like best about the product?
The notifications on when something is due or needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trainings do seem a bit outdated, or could be updated to include more current scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is solving an education issue with harrasment in the work place, how to identify and prevent it.
