Compliance Plus as a platform
What do you like best about the product?
Targetted training modules, target by compliance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fullsome coverage of compliance areas sometimes. Still adequate but some more specific coverage could be useful but depends on the compliance area too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For specific compliance needs I target users and groups that require the training.
Compliance Plus is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 keeps the trainings updated based on legislative updates. They always have the newest trainings for us to issue and multiple options for each (i.e. instead of one long course, they will break it up into several courses).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints regarding the compliance piece of KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees in 30+ states so we have a lot of compliance training that we are required to issue. With the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus subscription, we have these trainings at our fingertips and can issue in multiple ways (either one large course or multiple small courses). We also have international employees and fall under the UK Bribery Act so that course is available for us and kept up-to-date.
It greatly covers our essential content
What do you like best about the product?
Every topic that we want to cover we can find in the library sich as HIPAA, DEI, SA, FWA, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't find any issue with the compliance plus

Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide range of compliance content that is useful for any company's training programs, and they have global options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be hard to navigate at times. Setting up training cycles took some time, as it should, but part of that was the user experience. Overall its a good tool but less tech native persons may struggle to navigate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster, more effective Harassement Prevention training.
a great platform to end user education
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use, simple to deploy and integrate, and connects to an SSO. The mobile app for training is excellent, and the multi-language options are perfect. Customer support is amazing & super helpful to resolve issues
What do you dislike about the product?
the back end can be a little daunting to begin with and the email notifications can be confusing to setup

it solves all our end user complince training needs
Great Platform, always updating
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonable price and lets us add compliance training in the same place as IT training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a Self Assigned library would be nice for optional training instead of assignments.

Assuring compliance with mandatory training
Compliance plus has allowed us to streamline our training into one easy to use platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling out trainings in advance and being able to auto enroll staff into remedial trainings when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see even more content created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly preventing missed trainings and decreasing the amount of time administration spends following up with staff because everything is automated.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the training is easy to set up and administer. The programs are very educational and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced a downside yet. I like everything so far.

We are utilizing this for our annual compliance trainings and new hire onboarding.
Knowbe4 - Review - ease of use | Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of common but useful modules that are applicable to all organizations and essential esp while remote work is the norm. Its easy to use in terms of selection and self implementation. Integration with exiting identity providers makes is adaptable. Its used everyday to track compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe improvements can be made in the overall content presentation on terms of layout in few modules and may be more examples and scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness of best practices in organization. especially when the most of the teams are remote.
Great for us because we are a small organization with important requirements...
What do you like best about the product?
The content is most helpful for us, because we don't necessarily have the personnel to put together our own materials. Having things pre-packaged and configured greatly assists us in improving our compliance stance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, so if I were to be picky I would say more options to customize content and configurations. While the majority of things most people need are covered, I'm sure there are use cases out there where special considerations would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have small internal teams, with limited people and time across them. By employing the help of CP, IT and HR departments are able to distribute material that is required for review by all employees while not monopolizing our time refining our own content.
