Made Training, Phishing test, compliance more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Portal access and dedicated customer success manager to contact
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as they keep improving which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity training, unlimited phishing tests, easy integration, several training modules, customization and training records. Phishing Alert Button has been very helpful.
Quality Learning in Abundance!
What do you like best about the product?
I like KB4's Compliance Plus' plethora of learning material that is of great quality for our end-users and easy to use yet engaging all at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
As much material as you can review, I would not say I dislike KB4s Compliance Plus, but the sheer number of resources will take up some time to go through but that's still a good thing to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, the learning material is used frequently just to get and keep our users in the know when it comes to security and its culture.
Adequate, though wished the library was larger.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use/deploy and a good amount of training modules to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller content library makes it quick to go through a lot of the modules fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to consolidate compliance training in KnowBe4 since we also used it for security training. It has helped simplify deployment and training at our org.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do Al training in one system and don’t need multiple training systems
Glad to have the compliance Plus as part of our package.
What do you like best about the product?
The experience is seamless for our employees and the available resources save our team time and provide professional offerings to help us meet need without having to hire more staff or add to the workload of our existing employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding resources takes a bit of time and knowledge, but this would be a factor for any product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a lot of clients who have compliance requirements- name HIPAA and GDPR. To be able to provide this training to our internal employees quickly and show the completion to clients is huge for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily intigrates with the KB4 KSAT consolengiving a single location for Security Awareness and Compliance training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of trainings in certain areas is troublesome.

Provides trainings for.our annual compliance training.

Wide breadth of content to cover most industries.

Absolutely no options for user customizability.

Compliance Plus is ensuring our users are trained on ethics/compliance topics as well as specific harassment areas that we need to cover from a legal standpoint.
Love hate realtionship
What do you like best about the product?
The cost, we moved from our previous LMS to this and saved thousands.
What do you dislike about the product?
SCORN, I hate how particular uploading is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost, we were paying to much for a very dated LMS in the past.
Wide Variety of Topics for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
We used this for our municipality and found a lot of use for it for our streets staff for PPE and OSHA reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't a wide enough variety of content for use to continually pay for it. It was a nice to have, but not a need to have

It gives us a set of resources that are reliable and well-designed.

The ability to do compliance focused training for our staff and report on completion of the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is robust, but I believe it could be more simply managed from a user perspective and the employee dashboard could be cleaner.
