I love Kanban to carry out processes and tasks in the area. It increases our control and productivity.

I believe they could invest more in integration with other software.

Easy to use, fast implantation, very adaptable to my company's needs, a low code solution that most people are capable of using and keep improving the company's processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the e-mails sent via Pipefy are classified as SPAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy is helping me centralize information and processes in a single solution that allows me to control my to-do list, SLA, transparency between areas and save time as the automation jobs are getting done along the processes. Also, to have a track record of the inputs and outputs of processes, we can control and analyze data via reports and make better decisions regarding our business.

Pipefy allowed us to consolidate all projects in development, avoiding diverse controls and conflicting information.

There should be an option to view all requests (from various pipes) with filters.

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility of facilitating the control of all my workflows and always bringing insights to my team. I was able to bring the tool to a new area that was delighted with the tool's resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information about the automations sometimes gets lost and becomes confusing. But I'm happy to always be able to count on the team's support. The SLA is sometimes a bit long, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Management of processes and projects, we can unify the vision and implement managerial approvals in our new flow. The information brought us real data, which made our flow more fluid.
An essential and very intuitive tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is a tool that we use a lot in our daily lives, it can organize many processes and is extremely adaptable for various processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the tool and maybe something that could improve are small adjustments like greater interface with Power BI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy saved us from contract demands that were all lost in emails and today they are organized in CARDS with all approval phases organized.
Better management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, useful, and uncomplicated. Versatile tool and very easy to make integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service via email, I can't maintain a history in the email chat.
