Very complete service
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy provides unique ane complete solution. Ease to Use and ease of integration . Great Customer Support and Ease of Implementation.

I believe that it is necessry to get closer to increase the Frequency of use and understand the number of features

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is all about things moving along the process that's it's supposed to. Nothing stalls.
Whether its a new hire process, getting items ordered or just having your data in an organized manner.
If I start working on a project, I am guaranteed that it will get done in due time - thanks to the clear cut software that allows it to happen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great.
Whenever I want I need help to pull a report or anything more complicated, the Pipefy tech team is there to help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PIpefy allows the recruitment process to happen seamlessly, with all the details and negotiations regarding a new hire, happening in one place, so there are no fragmented emails or texts.
I find it very relevant to have a tool like this to address these issues.

I like all the aspects I believe there is no bad aspect.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to understand the tool and to start using it. Also, the automations are extremely helpful! The Pipefy AI is outstanding. I love the tool so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I send automation emails inside a pipe and the candidate receives it into the spam box. It would be perfect if we could prevent that. There were a couple of times that the candidate replied to me saying he didn't receive a feedback from the selection process, I checked it out and the email was sent from the pipe, as it turns out it was in his spam box. Unfortunately this is very commom :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of the processes, for sure! With Pipefy I was able to do a lot of process that were manual to become automatic. It has been amazing how much time I have been sparing!

It can be programmed by anyone, with just some basic training, in the same way, it allows internal and external communications, additionally, it has a mobile app that allows you to view your processes easily anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a general dashboard for an organization, that is, a panel where all the processes of a single organization can be visualized, where indicators can be established to see the progress, whether of overdue tasks and to calculate percentages of service level or attention for each of the tasks, which in the long run are service requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed with Pipefy's intuitive, user-friendly interface. It was easy to get started and use complex features without feeling overwhelmed! With this efficient tool, I was able to quickly create functional flowcharts that accurately represented my idea or plan - an invaluable resource for professional exhibitors like myself. It facilitates real-time communication between team members, which makes collaboration much easier than using traditional design documents. Overall, I find the Pipefy app extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Pipefy is a great platform, there are certain areas where it could be improved. In particular, the registration process leaves a lot to be desired, as its complexity makes the entire sign-up process time consuming and cumbersome. However, compared to competitors such as Lucidspark, which has numerous advantages and superior qualities that make up for issues like this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy solves the problem of remote collaboration by providing an easy-to-use platform that allows me to communicate my ideas quickly and clearly. I can use post-it notes, diagrams and visuals to explain what needs to be done - without having to take photos or search for images later to review our work.
Pipefy is both a timesaver and a very versatile application.
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy helps me on keeping track of my to-dos and which step I am on my daily processes. The best thing about this is that I very rarely miss doing an important activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipefy is great, and it serves me and my company very well. My only issue with it is that I think that I could do so much more with it, but I have to invest my own time on building stuff that I want, and I pay a lot for every license, so I feel like I am paying for me to do all the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy helps me gather every prospect that wants to work with my company all in one place, and I can talk with many people interested in doing business. Helps me with network and timesaving, since I needn't to actively prospect.
Excellent alternative for demand control in different sectors and organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which we can manage information, consult APIs, and even documentation without the need for a developer. Pipe challenges us to truly know the tool to perform quality work. Those who do not yet love Pipefy have not been curious enough to understand its breadth.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, it meets all my needs, and we have even recommended the use of the tool to partner sectors. I believe it would be interesting for Pipe to provide a biweekly or monthly schedule for users with the product team to assess possible improvements for daily use. For example, the hierarchy of access, which is currently limited and we can use in the standard way, but for us as a team, it would make a lot of sense to open up this hierarchy and have more levels of access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are in the process of monitoring with the Sales and Finance teams within the company. One of them has the main function of guiding the sales team regarding negotiations and their implementation stages, and the other has the function of recording and managing the time the finance team spends executing account reconciliations, issuing invoices, and even paying suppliers.
Pipefy is great on Kanban, but a more accurate search is missing

I like the possibilities of Kanban customization

I don't like the limitations of searching in databases. It only works in one field. Import is not easy either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all the information I have on my prospects and helps me recover that information quickly. It also helps me not to lose control of their processes.
