Powerful for Process Automation but Could Be More Flexible

What do you like best about the product?
I adore Pipefy's ability to simplify the process of creating and automating organised workflows without requiring technical knowledge. Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Pipefy feels inflexible. It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows. Furthermore, several sophisticated features are only available with more expensive plans, which prevented us from using the platform to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to standardise and expedite manual, repetitive operations including request management, onboarding, and approvals thanks to Pipefy. We mostly used spreadsheets and emails prior to Pipefy, which resulted in delays, misunderstandings, and a lack of visibility. We've minimised errors, automated important tasks, and obtained complete insight into work statuses and deadlines with Pipefy. The effectiveness and accountability of our team have greatly increased as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, great interface. Updates are sent out wenever there is any need for maintenance

Everything is great. I can't think of any issues.

It helps my compnay with organization and for tracking purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of customization, integrations, and automations. Ease of use and implementation, and the support is always comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have no points that displease me about the tool.

It's a good Kanban system

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of information is clear and easy to understand. It makes project management easy and requires very little learning to get onboarded
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are lagging. You might have 35 fields on your card but only 25 in your report. So, you'll have to work with the team to make this work.

Also, there are lags in follow-up from IT, some features make no sense (like how cards are created). Our team uses it for Recruitment but it's not the best function for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy helps us with our Recruitment functions as well as managing documentation between our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a person myself who loves organization, makes me feel good, and help me with my issues. Learn this very soon, thanks God. Pipefy comes to me a few months ago, and change my life in terms to be easy to learn, see my problems in one place, very good support, and staffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know, miss some features. Something like create dupes pipes.

See my problems in one place, integration with teams, integration with others sofwares and staff

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy helps a lot with day-to-day demands, I feel that requests are more organized and well distributed. In addition to helping a lot with the information contained

I think that one point that the pipe can adopt is the inclusion of users within the cards, so the location of the users becomes clearer

It helps that all complementary teams can track requests in a scalable way.
