What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes so far (three year user)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Funnel we used dedicated api's to connect to all our marketing-tools (GA, FB, IG, Criteo, etc.).
These api-connectors had to be individually configured in our ETL-tooling, wich took some considerable development time.
Due to the dynamic nature of the implementation of these api's the configuration needed permanent maintenance.
We had to reconfigure and/or reconnect them several times a year. Which also took development time.
At this time we succesfully rely on Funnel to maintain the availability and completeness of all the connectors we are using.
This saves us developementbudget and gives us a higher availabilty of businessvaluable data for our end-users (marketeers, analysts, consultants).

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel is an incredible tool for data integration, transformation and visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It's not Domo or Tableau but at the end of the day that's the idea.

We are looking for a scalable solution to integrate and visualize marketing data for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to analyze and report on data for a non-data scientist. Accelerates how quickly the marketing team can get answers to key questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features which is both good and bad. While it's mostly good, there are a lot of options which can make it feel a little more daunting to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying marketing reporting from a number of sources so that we can easily see campaign results in a single view.
Very effective and useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use funnel mostly for ingesting data into BigQuery. Using the native connectors is significantly more efficient than building a direct connection to the relevant APIs, particularly for Facebook / Meta data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the price of the platform has gone up. Although it is still priced competitively vs it's alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel reduces the amount of data engineering resource required to automate media reporting. This means we have used Funnel to build up a media datalake with wide-ranging use cases for our global client
Great data aggregator/normalization tool for marketing data
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest value add about Funnel is the ease of use when connecting multiple different marketing data sources and outputing one normalized data model to be used within your digital dashboards. It saves so much time compared to trying to import them seperately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Funnel to continue to expand how data can be exported out into other systems. There is a great base but growing it would be wonderful.

Funnel saves me a lot of precious time so I can focus on analyzing the data instead of pulling, cleaning and aggregating it.

Funnel is quite expensive and harder to afford for small and medium businesses, with lower ROI

What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, Funnel enables us to connect multiple ad accounts for a specific customer, and to easily extract all of this data into Google Looker Studio to connect into a powerful dashboard. With Funnel, the data-loading time into Google Looker Studio has greatly improved (our previous tools was limited in terms of # of datasources and all the data was processed in Looker Studio, which slowed the loading time).
Funnel connections are easy to setup, no matter the tool (we mainly use Shopify, WooCommerce, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads).

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tool is powerful and useful, the incremental price increase makes it a bit harder to sell to our executives, and we need to continuously pause datasources if we no longer use them to save previous flexpoints.

- Data-loading time in Google Looker Studio (from avg. 1.5 minute down to 5-15 seconds)
- Data-blending issues in Google Looker Studio (GLS limits data blending to 5 datasources. With Funnel, you can blend multiple datasources in the app, and export only one datasource to GLS)
- Benchmarking (with the right naming convention, we are able to benchmark >80 datasources together to gain valuable insights)

Streamlining Marketing Analytics for Enhanced Performance and Results
What do you like best about the product?
As a partner of Funnel we've expereienced a strong committment to mutual success not only for our agency, Funnel but most importantly, our clients. The collaboration from both a sales and support standpoint has been a wonderful experience that we are then able to pass along to our clients creating a win for everyone involved.
The ability to integrate with other tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, etc. has been an extreme value add when trying to tie togethr desperate data sources into a single dashboard in order to deliver invaluable visualizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor learning curve initially but is really a short runway to get up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, having the ease and capability to aggregate our client's data in a cetralized platform enables us to deliver marketing-analytics, reporting and recommendations that we can stand behind with confidence.
Simple tool for automating our reporting and ease of connecting multiple data points
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easily I can connect multiple data sources for my reporting. We use it to connect multiple sources like GA4 data, MAP data, etc. It also generates looker studio reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying certain data nodes is a bit difficult, especially when looking for historical data for GA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have data from multiple sources and it is not easy to slice and dice data in their native platforms for example GA4, Marketo, etc., so using funnel makes it easy. Further, connecting data to looker dashboards is quite helpful.
