What do you like best about the product?
It aggregates all our data into one easy to manage feed for BI and reporting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, its pretty good and does what it says.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-platform reporting across different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel is very user friendly and contains a pretty deep feature set for the price. The partner ecosystem is great and a great tool for users to leverage in the US and globally. Customer Support is great and they also have US partners available to help with customization and deployment projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnel may not be as well known in the U.S. as other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization of advertisement spend and campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a proper university to teach about their platform. It is a pretty user-friendly application, and even though they invested in a platform to enhance your experience and help the user go further in digital marketing research, it integrates easily with all your channels, and the implementation is as easy as setting up an e-mail. I use it every week to measure actions and design new strategies. I never needed support because the platform was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Labels could be easier to understand, and insights could consider market segmentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel helps me find sources and content that perform better to focus on so I don't waste time on the wrong strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
You guys have the best support team ever, always fast, quick to find the problem and solution and always super friendly and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Klaviyo integration is too complex, but that's seems to be caused be Klaviyo attribution and not Funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all our data, without the limitations of Data blends in Looker Studio.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use and onboard and maintain for those looking for low code/no code solutions
- Numerous connectors available for various platforms
- Flexible File Import tool for platforms not available natively
- Easy to export to tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio
- Data exploration tool works well for quick, ad hoc analysis
- Customer support is responsive when running into data connections and cleanup issues
- Robust custom dimension and metrics tool to clean up data that is initially dirty
What do you dislike about the product?
- Organization and pruning of data sources could be better. Requires a very disciplined self-imposed best practices to keep things organized and remove what connections are not being used.
- Depending on size of agency of company, it is very easy to use up all of your flexpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a large non-profit, where marketing/web analytics is a department of 1. Funnel allows me to wrangle, clean, and deploy PowerBI dashboards comprised of data from a variety of different platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Social Media, Fundraising, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration for all marketing data connections.
The costs are very good and predictable. You don't have to check every time if your data volume exceeds a certain threshold, which would result in higher costs. You know exactly what costs await you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge is that sometimes you need several breakdowns/connections for one data source, which results in higher costs for each connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel helps us to obtain all kinds of marketing data easily, without the high costs associated with developing and maintaining each pipeline. It is a quick way to add more value to a report and also an excellent method for leveraging performance marketing data within a data warehouse.

Easy to use and do everything you want + amazing support

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I've found while using it is you can almost do EVERYTHING you would like to, and it is quite easy to figure out.
And if you can't do something, the amazing staff will help you so quickly and if it's possible they know it.

Integration is effortless, takes 5 mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
when creating dimensions, and you need to build within it for Google, Meta, etc, there is no way to copy things across so you end up spending so much unnecessary time doing it.

Also more freedom for your own if-when coding when building dimensions/metrics would allow you do see EXACTLY what you want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the data we have in Meta and Google is sent to us how they have the data set up. With funnel we can arrange that data and organise how ever you want so you can see whatever you want. It also allows you to share the data to looker or excel to easily manipulate further.

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel.io is a great tool for multiple reasons! We use funnel.io to get the data from different platforms, define common dimentions and metrics, explore data, export to our data lake and build our daily reporting.
- Easy to connect to data sources
- Common dimentions and metrics are already set up in funnel.io, but its very easy to creatre your own. All the transformations you might need are included.
- Interface is very intuitive even for less tech savy business users.
- You can check the data in the explorer, spot errors, adapt the definitions and dimentions or metrics and directly see the changes reflected.
- Customer support is fantastic! They will answer quickly and will help you with whatever problem you have, send you to the right info page. Always very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not all connectors are possible (e.g. Zalando) (but we find a workaround with file import)
- What we are missing today is the column that contains the timestamp of the last data refresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Funnel.io to get all the campaign performance data from different platforms and to define unfirom metrics and dimentions.

Not having to deal with integrating directly with many APIs to extract marketing data
Ability to normalize the data coming in, ensuring the data coming in from different sources speak the same language (schema)

You can't really join different source and create a single data table, making it somewhat confusing

The can't live without platform for marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel does the work of several people, we now couldn't run our business without it.

It's easy to set-up, learn, use and over the last year has never had any downtime.

It's functionality is laser focused on making the management of marketing data easy. Once set up it can automatically fix errors in naming conventions, merge data-sets and create streamlined data-shares to Looker/Excel/Sheets which automatically update all client and team reports each night. It's enabled us to create 24/7 reporting for clients.

Custom data requests/reporting tasks which would have taken hours/days before, are now quick and easy

As the platform doesn't require a degree in data-science (or even a maths GCSE), you don't need to be a technical whizz to instantly get value from it. When you don't get something the customer support via chat/email/help centre articles and guides answer your question. It's perhaps the best support I've had from any platform in 18 years.

For us as an SME the pricing structure works well too :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to dislike.... The only feature missing for me is the ability to set up custom notifications related to clients metrics, however, I wouldn't want this to distract from the core platform though. Overall - it's a tool I will forever be indebted too!

Automates and streamlines the management of multiple marketing data sources without needing an army of people
