Trustless Security and Easy Setup Make TransferChain Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I am thoroughly impressed with TransferChain's trustless design for password storage, which improves security by distributing storage across various providers. This design makes me feel safer and contributes to its appeal. I also appreciate that TransferChain's origins in Switzerland lend additional trustworthiness in comparison to American companies. I am excited about TransferChain's embrace of new technologies, its growth driven by community feedback, and eagerly anticipate the upcoming iOS app that promises to enhance usability. Additionally, the integration of blockchain technology represents a significant step forward, adding a layer of security and sophistication that I find valuable. Setting up TransferChain was the easiest and most straightforward experience I have encountered in some time, which has been a major positive. Overall, if the app launch proceeds smoothly, as current performance suggests, I rate TransferChain a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

I find the integration on phones or older browsers challenging, but I'm hopeful for improvements once the iOS app is launched.

I find TransferChain (Pass) enhances my password security with its trustless design, distributing data storage across multiple providers, which feels safer. The straightforward setup and Swiss origins add to my trust in the platform.
Secure and User-Friendly but Needs Speed Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the security and encryption features of TransferChain, which provide privacy and protection for both proprietary and sensitive materials shared by me and my students. Setting up TransferChain was easy and smooth, allowing me to quickly configure admin details and start sharing links. I appreciate the folder-sharing functionality, enabling personalized organization for individual students. Each student can have a dedicated folder, and they can upload materials directly based on the shared links, which streamlines the document-sharing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find TransferChain a bit slow when uploading, especially larger documents. This impacts the efficiency as both I and my students have experienced lengthy upload times, particularly with videos. It would be beneficial to have a feature that indicates better estimated upload times. Sometimes, logging in is confusing due to authentication complexities. The creation of a new cloud is confusing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find TransferChain ensures secure file sharing with encryption, enabling me to share proprietary material confidently with students.

"connectivity problems" happen often, contacting support is necessarily.

What do you like best about the product?
You can tell that they are the experts on what they do. I like how their products focus on quality and not just a piece of software that exists. You can tell without even signing up that they have structured their business with extreme military grade security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike at the moment they are still very new and still are working on releasing the mobile applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about how vulnerable that I may be with using their software. I like the team concept and is saving me time on how I access information.
Great and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
This is a fast loading and very secure platform for holding sensitive data for my businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that I had to restore my account after not using my account for a while. Luckily, I did save the passcodes to successfully restore, but had I not, it would have been a bad experience.

Ability to store sensitive business data and access it anywhere.

The Security. For me this is the major selling point of this software. the security is top notch and makes sharing files very secure

I feel like there was a small learning curve when I first purchased this; however, it is a lotmore user-friendly now.

neat and comprehensive user interface with good features. everything has been reliable so far. I trust them for being a top secure cloud storage service.

Per File Upload Limit could be higher . (plan dependent)

top security storage was my main need and it just meets my expectations in terms of ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
TransferChain is an absolutely wonderful product when it comes to secure storage and file transferring. While I haven't used it much yet, I already have to say that its zero-knowledge encryption and extra security features make it superior to similar services. This focus on privacy is rare and puts me at ease to use it for sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a minor learning curve when I first started using TransferChain. The user interface, though as useful as it was, took a while to navigate and understand in terms of features. After grasping the platform's fundamentals I found it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem TransferChain solves involves protecting vital and confidential documents throughout their storage period and when they move between locations. The platform's zero-knowledge system allows me to share files with colleagues and clients through secure channels which stop any unauthorized access to information. The security system operates as a defence mechanism to protect users who seek complete security and this method has brought me peace of mind.

Frequently it is asking us to restore the space created with security file. That is bit annoying.
