What do you like best about the product?
I have tried TransferChain and will continue to use it in the future. The platform is intuitively designed and conveys a high level of security, which is important to me when working with sensitive data. Overall, a clearly structured and trustworthy service.
What do you dislike about the product?
A real disadvantage currently is that TransferChain cannot be automatically integrated into WordPress – backups have to be uploaded manually. A WordPress plugin is planned, but not yet available. I hope this automation will be implemented soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, TransferChain solves a very specific problem: I can finally share sensitive files without having to worry about data protection. Especially in the healthcare sector or with confidential documents, this was difficult in the past because conventional cloud services do not offer enough security. With TransferChain, I have the assurance that only the intended people have access. The interface is clear and easy to understand, even if the mobile app could still become a bit more mature. Overall, for the first time, I really feel secure when storing and sharing my data. Previously, it was difficult to securely share sensitive data with partners without having concerns about data protection. TransferChain solves this problem through end-to-end encryption and Swiss data protection standards. This gives me the security that only the intended people have access, and I can also exchange files in the healthcare or financial sector with peace of mind.
