What do you like best about the product?
Managing passwords used to be difficult, but now they are organized in folders, making them easier to track and share secutly with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Required some fine-tuning with functionalities like moving the files and auto pw suggestion. Not a deal breaker, but good to have them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords was also a mess. I used methods like WhatsApp and Excel, making it hard to track who had access to which passwords.
The most critical factor was the visibility of passwords. When employees or freelancers left, I had to reset the passwords, and at times I was uncertain if I had shared them and forgot to change them, resulting in misuse. Now, I share passwords securely, ensuring they can’t be seen, copied, or misused. It's completely safe.
I’ve also noticed that the founders are very welcoming of new ideas and are very responsive. I have many ideas and suggestions, and they're considering many of them and adding them to their roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using TransferChain for the secure transmission of data requested from my clients and have consistently found it reliable. However, today I encountered an issue where I was unable to access my account despite several attempts. I reached out to the support team via email and was impressed by their prompt and commendable response. Thanks to their swift and dedicated assistance, I was able to regain access to my account. I appreciate the support team's efforts in going above and beyond to resolve the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes about TransferChain. The platform has consistently met my expectations for secure data transmissions, and the reliability and efficiency it offers are impressive. Even when I encountered a rare issue accessing my account, the support team responded swiftly and resolved the problem with exceptional professionalism. My overall experience has been positive, and I’m very satisfied with the service.

What do you like best about the product?
The satisfaction of sharing sensitive files with clients and collaborators is rather comforting, aware that they’re encrypted with blockchain technology. The user interface is also clear and very friendly for creating and sharing files with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
With regard to the download functionality, it is for the second time stated that TransferChain fails to provide a preview of a large file prior to downloading. This is a disadvantage to me especially when transferring multimedia files such as videos or design files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TransferChain has been useful when one needs to send sensitive documents to third parties. Blockchain encryption is used to make sure that data is protected, and the graphic user interface that facilitates sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the fascinating that I really liked about TransferChain was the security.Everything I transfer is assured to have encrypted as it runs on a blockchain which leaves with no worry that my data isn't just floating around on some third-party server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talking about the networking speed, it can be some times a bit slower than what I'm used to with cloud-based systems like Google Drive, but then again it completely depends upon the workload. It's not a deal-braker, but it's something to be aware of if you're in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using TransferChain I've realized it focuses on solving problems around data security, privacy, compliance, etc. This platform can be greatly useful for businesses and individuals as it reduces the risks of breaches , build trust in collaborations and stays compliant with regulations. For me , it ensures peace of mind while reducing costs and enhancing the security of my data-sharing processes.
