What do you like best about the product?
The customer service team are helpful and informative. There's also a lot of courses and guides to help
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start, i received too many onboarding emails that made it difficult to prioritise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to consolidate 2 of our platforms, more cost effective and streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface- easy to use and get to grips with. Comprehensive insights which can be refined and personalised easily. Customer support great- always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits to social insights (specific platforms).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates daily media monitoring with insightful reporting which can be used both internally and for clients, too. Easily visualises data which makes reporting quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater allows us to be more efficient in managing our social media channels. We can effectively post, listen & monitor all in one platform. Meltwater is always making improvements, asking for recommendations on how to enhance their software and they keep up with new trends. Our account representatives add an extra layer of help and provide us with great service. We can go to them with anything and meet regularly to discuss our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they were able to get more from certain social channels (LinkedIn, etc.) I don't think this is necessarily Meltwater's downside because I do not think they have control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient and saving time.

Good Newswire & Media Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Meltwater for the newswire distributions and the media tracking. Both are solid tools and my newswires frequently get a good republication rate. Using Meltwater's journalist outreach network got me a 35% open rate and a 10% positive response, leading to stories in our local media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the searches seem complicated to set up, but my account reps have all been great about assisting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
News releases at a more affordable rate than other outlets. Other outlets can be very expensive, but Meltwater seems affordable, especially considering the journalist database is included.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater makes it easy to track brand mentions and media trends in one place. The filters help cut through the noise, and the reports are useful for quick insights and the customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit clunky, and sentiment analysis isn’t always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me quickly find news articles on topics that matter to internal stakeholders. It makes it easy to keep them updated without spending hours searching.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater’s clean and intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and quickly access specific sections of the platform. Creating searches is also easier compared to other platforms like Cision and Sprout Social, which makes tracking media coverage feel more straightforward and less time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with Meltwater is the learning curve, it takes some time to get familiar with all the features and how to use them effectively. The labelling of certain sections can also be a bit confusing, especially if you’re not using the platform regularly. It’s easy to forget where specific tools or functions are located, which can slow things down when trying to navigate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps me monitor conversations around specific topics, allowing me to track multiple searches and identify any interesting or concerning social media news, media releases, or online discussions. This enables me to quickly flag key insights to internal leaders, ensuring they stay informed and can respond when needed.

I also use the newsletter feature to compile and share a high-level summary of relevant social media conversations. This provides leadership with a clear overview of what’s happening online, helping them stay connected to public discussions affecting our organization.

Great Tool for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a great tool for managing all social media accounts. The overall interface is easy to use, which make scheduling posts very quick. The comment management system is great too, since you can have all your accounts pulled up into one spot, and filter out certain types of messages, ex: Direct Messages, so you can react and reply to all the other ones first. Overall, love how simple and easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Meltwater is that it can be pretty laggy sometimes, especially when you're managing a larger number of accounts at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that Meltwater has solved for me is saving me a good amount of time when scheduling social media posts for the week. That way I don't have to manually go through and fill out all the information seperately for each post, and I can put it all into one spot for every single account I have. This just helps me plan content and focus on other things I need to get done.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has a wide range of tools for media monitoring and competitor analysis. It's been very useful to me as a resource in my industry and to help me keep on top of public perceptions. The platform also offers excellent webinars, providing lots of tips and recent trends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is such a flurry of features that it can be hard to differentiate between different navigation views, search types, pages, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater puts everything I'm trying to track in one place, which makes it easier to generate reports and stay on top of all our media mentions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Meltwater has everything I could need as a social media manager in one place. I use Meltwater every day and was able to effortlessly implement and integrate all features I've needed when I switched over from a different platform. They are always really helpful when we have questions or suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides. The only thing I can think of is sometimes the site is slow or goes down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefitting me because we are able to effortlessly use it as a management software.
