User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard, easy to find the information you need, great at-glance display

Automated reporting, lacks some information sources (forums)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us understand our position in the market versus competitors and strategize about the most common/best communications channels for our brand to use.
Meltwater provides quality insights on a monthly basis for a couple of my clients

Meltwater gives you the keys to better understand medias and social medias impact
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Meltwater offers a unique service that could be overpriced for a lot of smaller organisations that could benefit from their insights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us contextualize the media attention that some of my clients get
Once you're set up, it works fabulously
What do you like best about the product?
How well the program is able to let us manage our public relations and social listening efforts. I've been able to automate many tasks that used to be manual, time consuming, and arduous.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really easy to set up the Explore searches. It's even more difficult when you have a company name that's a common term. The onboarding team were a GREAT help in making sure our search hits were mostly about us. Some others still slip through the cracks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently took all our public relations efforts in-house. While I've done some PR before, I certainly needed the help in learning which reporters and publications I should target and how I should reach out to them. The training from Meltwater and the actual software have helped immensely.
Easy platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think can be improved on the platform are the approval process of the social media aspect, Engage, and the notifications that come in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using the Meltwater platform for our social media scheduling and posting. We previously used it for PR and Media monitoring as well.
Staying one step ahead with media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
What we at Boite à clés like best about Meltwater is the media monitoring option. We can stay on top of our clients' current affairs and are always the first to know. We also often use the newsletter option. Our clients are always satisfied with the content we send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Meltwater's fault, but the lack of social media access makes media monitoring difficult. We would like to have access to what the public on social media is saying about articles. We know that Meta has many confidentiality parameters, so we know it cannot change for Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater simplifies media monitoring because, with the Explore section, I don't have to research articles manually. Not only does it facilitate this task, but it also finds a more thorough search compared to manual research, where I could miss important news articles.
Helpful platform for media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I receive media alerts in real-time and they are comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit confusing to use and not as user friendly as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep track of media coverage, both positive and negative, as it happens.
Easy and detailed platform to use for managing influencers marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
It has many featuers that you can use to manage your list if infleuncers, creat reports and keep track of all content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not show corrct demographics!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seloves the reporting problems, in whcih we are able to have all content on one place.
Meltwater is mostly great for social media publishing and monitoring!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features in Meltwater are the ability tag posts and pull metrics based on those tags. It's helped us quantify the results of our strategy and provide that information to donors and other people at our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with pulling data, but luckily they're very responsive and can usually fix more serious issues within a few weeks. Sometimes the platform is a bit slow and glitchy, but is typically fine after you refresh the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us provide more meaningful metrics because it allows us to tag posts by topic and then pull social media analytics for posts according to the topic. It also helps us organize content in the asset library, which is very helpful for reposts and staying organized!
Very Clear and helpful platform that allow us to manage influencer campaigns in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The profile section, where we are ableto see really great insights/metrics from the influencers we are searching for
What do you dislike about the product?
That the discoveraibility side of it is not as good. it would be great if there was a way to do a rabbit hole search (influencers that are simialr to the one you searched, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining the influencer process, form discovering, sourcing and having them all in one campaign to analyse results after.

What do you like best about the product?
it houses all of my content and is easy to tag content
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't save specific analytics dashboards to reference later. example: campaign dashboards have to be recreated each time you reference it. I want to be able to save the dashboard and check in on it with limited clicks
