Life changing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find everything related to social networks in one place easily. Being able to schedule and approve posts is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to reposition the photos in the order we want when preparing a post for social media. You have to upload them one by one to choose the order, which wastes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have access to performance reports that are much more developed and detailed than with Meta, which allows us to present our marketing campaign results in a more professional manner.

Very helpful platform for tracking current partners and discovering new relationships
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking current partners via campaign reports and discovering new relationships with the similar influencers suggestions. The previous third-party platform we used didn't do a great job of discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could run a report based on my tagged influencers without putting them into a campaign. Just an easy report, maybe scheduled weekly, as a quick snapshot of my partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly report on what our partners are doing as we don't have the bandwidth to always be searching their social channels to make sure they're hitting deliverables. Also, finding new influencers in a market you're not familiar with can be challenging so the discovery makes it much easier.

Easy to navigate, I like the design of the tool. also love that you can pay influencers directly from the tool.

Being able to find influencers. vet their following and previous work, and measure. Another big thing is that we can play influencers directly as our internal process is not working.

What do you like best about the product?
If an athlete is tracking correctly, engagement data is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Individual's profiles have to be set to a specific setting in order to be tracked. Many pro athletes do not want to change their settings because they lose control over some social features.
It would also be helpful to save the top campaigns I search in a search bar so I don't have to scroll through the list of all campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows me to find influencers who are engaged on their social platforms and who would be the best people to work with. It makes it easy to vet to executives.
Early days, but partnership is going well
What do you like best about the product?
So far Klear has been prompt to answer questions and helpful in getting us set up on their platform. I also appreciate that they will provide support past the onboarding stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a new partnership, I have no constructive feedback at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Klear platform will allow us to take influencer content campaigns in-house, giving us more control over the process and helping us to be more efficient with our marketing dollars.

Efficient tool for social media publishing and media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Meltwater for its reporting capabilities. The social media publishing tool (despite being in its early days) works very well, and I also enjoy using their media outreach tool to target journalists by beat/region/reach/etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is that when you're reporting on social media analytics, we can't separate the organic stats from the paid. I would also say there are many opportunities for the Engage tool, especially the calendar view. I would love to see it supporting more editorial calendar management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us reduce the time we spend extracting our online analytics, so we can be more productive and focus on other essential tasks. Also, pulling stats by tags lets us quickly report on different campaigns, projects or programs.

We can plan, publish and analyze content performance in one place, in an intuitive and attractive package.

Some social media functionality still requires us to login to our individual accounts

Being able to plan, publish and measure our work in one place, using similar metrics - saves time and simplifies the process.
