Meltwater is one of Bites' most important partners.
What do you like best about the product?
We are heavy users of the tool to monitor public opinion movements and brands. The various possibilities for using advanced search, in addition to the freedom of use on different fronts of analysis, make them our choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
That, soon, we will no longer have the possibility of paying in reais.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a complete tool for social listening, on different fronts of activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and highly customisable, great support and customer service, especially from Daniel Bagby who has gone over and above and supported with media licensing issues aside from the Meltwater platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to note, but can miss the odd clipping from more obscure publications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to quantify our PR and Brand efforts, enabling reporting with key stakeholders around the business

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple sources of data provided, automatic reports, boolean keyword construction, ease of use in general. Direct customer support with a designated representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data did not match what was provided by the platforms due to issues associated with the connections and APIs of each social network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to adequately monitor all competitors on a quantitative and qualitative level. In addition to this, measure results for each of our clients in order to help them meet their objectives. Regarding strategy, finding topics of conversation around each of the brands or being able to propose responses in case of crisis.
A very good tool for generating social listenings
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly tool and if there is any doubt about a function, practical explanations for users can be found within the tool itself. Customer support is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
The area of opportunity for this and many SL tools is that most of the conversation comes from Twitter. The collection of comments from one's own pages should be a feature that we find in any package purchased with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't quite understand the question, but we haven't experienced any problems with the platform, in general.

The whole operation, since I logg in evertything is so intuituve. I can easily manage my searches and specify each keyword by simply adding or removing words in the explore section. I use it everyday of the week.
These new tool for AI notes and results, gets better everytime. Managing a better work deliverable to my clients.
Its very easy to connect my social media environment and analyze the whole conversation.
And what I think gets a plus, its the Meltwater Academy wich can be accesed very easy and obtain knowledge that can bring better results.
The support and attention from the managing team its very important, so here I can be calm about reaching my support team.

The fact that not every social media platfrom can be analyzed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reach and clrity we can bring to our clientes by letting them know that any typoe of subject can be found, analyzed and activated whenever something comes up at the digital environment.
Melt is a comprehensive tool. We can extract data in a dynamic and simplified way.
What do you like best about the product?
The format of the tool, as it is super intuitive and easy to handle, in addition to the support which is immediate. Since the frequency of use is high, we found that this less confusing format is essential.
Another positive point is the number of resources to be explored! The platform is complete and includes various analysis tools, with ease of implementation for new integrations.

Unfortunately, Melt still does not extract data as accurately from TikTok, and the sentiment analysis is often done incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Melt is always innovating. Whenever new trends arrive in the market, the tool strives to bring new updates with these innovations.

Excellent media monitoring and analysis software
What do you like best about the product?
The searches are accurate and I appreciate being able to click through directly to print and online coverage on the outlet's website. I also appreciate that article syndication is organized all together, with the ability to expand or hide the duplicates when monitoring. Our team also really appreciates the insight reports and in past roles I have benefitted from the newsletter feature, which was helpful and I appreciated being able to create a custom template and brand it for our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater impression numbers are different than MRP numbers, which can be hard if you have switched systems or are working at companies or on clients (for agencies) that have historically used MRP as a baseline.
The dashboards are great but it would be nice to see more innovation with them to help showcase our results in new and creative ways.

Sourcing and finding media coverage, providing impressions and information about tone and other qualifiers where possible.
Helping provide monthly insight reports, including identifying share of voice and competitor news.

Ease of use. Intuitive menus. Good training modules and quick answers from the helpDesk team.

Would be good to have a capability to drive Paid Campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a small company, it allows us to work in an easy way to drive and publish our social media.
I love the look and feel of Meltwater. I often run into issues with paywalls and few journalists.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tracking functions in Meltwater to tag and organize news as well as the alerts when we're mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more journalists specific to our organization's focus and more access behind paywalls of major industry publications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater gives us the space to organize news and media clips as they come in. It is wildly helpful to know I can log on and tag news and run analytics on specific tags. It helps us keep track and monitor our progress as a PR team.
