What do you like best about the product?
the power of the tool in general, however my favorite section is the creation of segments based on key concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the tool to have the ability to search in more specific areas such as states at a geographic level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the detection of insights in conversations, as well as the definition of segments or archetypes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's simple to add in the social data that I need to work more efficiently. The customer support is also extrememely helpful if I run into any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on what you're doing things can get a little complicated that might require help from service rep. It is also costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with benchmarking and best social media practices.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting dashboard is easy to customize, attractive to view, and includes all meaningful metrics needed to measure success. My experiene with customer service has been positive overall. There has been a lot of turnover in the reps but I have always felt they were responsive when I had questions or concerns. Price point is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mdia outreach feature is a bit clunky and requires multiple steps to send an email (ie create a template, use the template, etc). I wish there was an option for a one-off send that didn't require a template. I also wish there was a way to add additional newswires to the account in the platform, as opposed to speaking with my rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Meltwater primarily to reach out to media organizations, to send newswires, and to monitor media exposure. Meltwater is adequate for all these uses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Meltwater allows me to keep everything involving media in one place. I am able to monitor and analyze anything my company is mentioned in as well as communicate with media outlets for publicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve--but other than that--no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater solves the issue of not being able to monitor every media outlet ever to see when our brand is being mentioned.

What do you like best about the product?
The data/listening tools are fantastic, as are the analytics and overall earned media functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike -- if i made one user-enhancement it would be to clean up some of the navigation options - it's a very robust tool but I do get lost sometimes going from section to section.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Meltwater every single day, multiple times a day. It has tons of features, but the one I use most often is the explore feature to conduct social listening and sentiment analysis for clients. Meltwater is very user-friendly. The UI/UX experience is easy to navigate and implement depending on your personal or your client's needs. The customer support is phenomenal, being extremely quick to respond and provide support when needed. It is additionally very easy to integrate into your current workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many downsides of Meltwater that I've discovered. The only thing I wish would improve is the API capabilities of some of the social platforms within the Explore feature, such as including Threads, providing profile names on Facebook social export lists, or being able to recognize and collect keyword mentions that are included in either video or images themselves versus just the captions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being aware of all that's happening on social media from a holistic view. It's hugely beneficial to be proactive and anticipate a crisis response immediately versus waiting until it has already broken the news. I am thankful for all the ways that Meltwater benefits my daily workflow and role as a social media strategist.

What do you like best about the product?
Media monitoring capabilities are robust and highly customizable. Daily morning digests have been very useful in determining PR and communication direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media publishing tools are frequently buggy and don't work as well as described. We often have to post content natively when features aren't working, which makes the analytics useless as they only track for content published through the Meltwater platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to track earned media or monitor mentions and sentiment prior to using meltwater.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account rep consistently checked in with us to make sure we were getting what we need from the products we were using. He also went over how to gain more benefit if he noticed we could be utilizing something more efficiently. The social media functionality was also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would only get one press release and to add more was quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is a good place to be able to send particular messaging to predetermined groups.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be operated by users with all different level of knowledge in social listening. There's a lot of features to help you make the best search for each of cases. It's very robust and super quick, something essencial when you're facing something big, like a brand crises or anything out of normal. The integration between their other services works great. Meltwater is constantly evolving, going after new features, like image recognition or group-topics of search.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have better visualizations, for the creation of dashboards. For big companies, it can be a great option because all of their products, but for small and medium business it can be difficult to have access to other complementary products besides Meltwater – like influence marketing, audience creation, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to analyze conversations about any subjet, product, service... we can study something before a new campaign, trying to confirm or not a hypotheses, or look for any insights. We can also monitor a campaign or product launch, understand what people talk about an influencer or celebrity, and more. It really helps to understand the general picture of what it's been talking about.
