Great Listening Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Very much appreciate the negative sentiment alerts - ensuring I'm in-the-know on what's being said about my organization.
The support team has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inabiltiy to track comments from individuals on FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater's ability to monitor media constantly takes the weight and responsibility off of our staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The advance search. Is the function I most use for my work, it's very easy to understand and helps me to understand market targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high cost of API access. That must be include with the normal subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is a multifaceted monitoring tool - social, online, and traditional media. It's organized and very user-friendly, and the support team within the app is 10/10. It's used almost daily by most members of our team, and is essential for the work that we do.

The Meltwater Academy portal has been invaluable to our team in learning to effectively use the platform, and they enjoy earning badges to post on their LinkedIn. This has been great to use for training new team members and those new to the platform, without taking time away from our team

There are constant upgrades and updates to the platform to bring the newest technology and capabilities to their users while keeping it easy to use in their clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Canadian market, there are some media publications Meltwater can't access due to content agreements with competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us find everything we need to report to clients on coverage - from a Facebook post, to a podcast mention, to a new journalist we should be targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite intuitive once you get used to it, and I like the layout. It accomodates everything from media monitoring and reporting to distributing releases, which is fantastic. The Meltwater Academy is a nice addition from what I've seen, and I'd like to use it more. The support team is fantastic - very responsive, and proactive when new feature are added. I use it every day, and have added a few colleagues to the platform with no problem - we're all able to use it and collaborate very easily. Price is excellent, especially compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've used the newswire distribution a few times, and we don't get the same pick up we do with CNW. Reporting features are a bit limited, and you can't share broadcast clips, but it's sufficient for now. The annual contracts should NOT have an automatic renewal clause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is meeting our media monitoring and media outreach needs. It also helps us analyze the results of our outreach, which informs our future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I have become totally reliant on Meltwater's tag function with my reporting, and I was part of the team in my organisation charged with integrating it into our daily work practices. This has allowed us to replace our usual reporting tools with one comprehensive way of measuring and storing coverage received by our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater occasionally misses items of coverage and so although it is an excellent resource for documenting, tagging and measuring the coverage my accounts receive, Google searches are often required to supplement Meltwater's search function to make sure I have a comprehensive record. I am however pleased that the support function on meltwater allows you to report any items of coverage which haven't yet been picked up by the search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has saved me the trouble of trawling through google searches to find coverage that matches the media my client would like to monitor. This gives me more time to give my clients accurate reports, with integrated Similarweb that gives us the best possible data.

It is also excellent that we were able to integrate Meltwater with a separate print monitoring service used by our organisation, and so all of our media monitoring was consolidated into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is extensive and, when you know what you're looking for, proves more than valuable. The alerts work well for competitor and brand moments, so that you never miss a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to know what you're looking for, although intuitive it isn't obvious how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to have compelte vision of our social accounts and to engage with consumers fromt he platform. As well as tag and itemise comments and shared for future use and reference.

It also allows a simple solution for monitoring competitor activity.

costumer service is an area to improve, high rotation in the team, long time to do assisted set up and literally take weeks to answer an email.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It surpassed our expectations because we acquired it for a specific project, and upon discovering all that we could achieve with it, it motivated us to create a new branch of business within our agency to cover everything related to social listening and sentiment analysis in different fields. Additionally, the customer service has always been very attentive and supportive. We highly recommend it and hope to continue using it in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
A point to improve is the information/content filtering by territories. For excample, in the Dominican Republic, we sometimes receive information from other countries that shouldn't appear for us. Apart from that, I don't have anything else in mind

We are developing strategies based on consumer feedback.

Klear is your one-stop shop for influencer marketing!

What do you like best about the product?
Klear provides straightforward and in-depth data for you to analyze your influencer campaigns and to vet creators while you are searching for new influencers to work with.

The customer service is amazing and so hands on, their team plans regular meetings with me to discuss our upcoming company initiatives and to see what more we could be doing in Klear. They are speedy to reply about any concerns, confusions or issues in the platform but I have had very few since starting almost a year ago because the platform is so easy to use and well thought out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Klear had an extension that I could use in Instagram, TikTok, etc. when searching for influencers to easily save their profile in Klear and check their ranking. Currently it can be hard and require a few steps to save creators I find outside of the platform and then check their ranking.

I think there's also work to be done with email integration in campaigns, it would be nice to be able to email creators from the mail app or gmail and Klear save & track those communications. Even Klear tracking email responses in platform would be nice. It would also help to have more automations in which you can mass email but share personalized automated data about their content engagement, sales, etc. There is also no way to email creators in klear once they've joined the campaign which is annoying.

TikTok is also missing lots of data still. I believe this is an industry-wide issue, but I have trouble with Klear not automatically pulling content from TikTok and when vetting creators there is still minimal information on their TikTok presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps me vet and choose creators, manage campaigns and our ambassador program, and track all social mentions from creators we regularly work with or work with for a campaign.

It has been helpful to pull all our information around reach, engagement, sales for recapping in Klear so easily and the quickly-generated pdfs and powerpoints are also helpful in shareouts with the company.
